I ordered shoes and a bag, they were both too small. I retuned the items over a month ago and never received my refund.
Dishonest shop. Avoid.

I cannot fault the service we received
I cannot fault the service we received. I rang for some advice about sizing before purchasing a hockey stick, the phone call was helpful and answered quickly. I ordered 4pm Friday and the next day by lunch the stick and bag had arrived no issues! I then placed a second order and that arrived on the day I was told it would again everything present and correct. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Our experience has been wonderful. Thank you direct hockey!

Poor customer service
Shoes arrived quickly. Was sent two boxes and they wanted me to pay for two returns. Customer service incredibly poor. Unwilling rather than unable to help. Emails ignored and poor telephone communication. Returned all items as they shoes I wanted to keep were £20 cheaper elsewhere.

You are always welcome to use your own methods of returning parcels rather than our pre-paid label, if this is more cost effective to yourself. Gryphon Finnie Stick-Kit Hockey Bag
Gryphon Finnie Stick-Kit Hockey Bag. The hockey bag is great so far, seems good quality, I previously had a Grays hockey bag which fell apart after two seasons so I hope this one lasts longer. It has good spaces for storage of kit, shin pads etc and a water bottle holder on the outside. It has a great range of smaller compartments too, Very good delivery to my workplace.

I didnt expect the return policy was again paying the delivery
Buying was easy, everything arrive but the size was incorrect so i had to send it back, to do these was dificult and expensive, I had to pay the delivery 2 times so what Ive purchased was almost the same price 4 £ delibery to my house and 4£ to send it back, i didnt realize d about these until Ive seen the return policy.
Im not buying again. Very dificult to talk with someone
And still waiting these until Ive confirmation that what Ive send was OK and hope they return the money for what Ive purchased.

Our Returns Policy is also readily available on our website to read before confirming an order with us. And does also state that we aim to process returns within 2 working days of receipt.
