Recently bought some fireworks from the Binbrook depot for a family party. I had a question on the delivery and they couldn't do enough to make sure the fireworks were delivered in time. They really went above and beyond! Great fireworks for a good price, recommended and i will definately be using them again.

They have been selling in Morrisons this year with the option to go on their website to order click and collect at your local Morrisons with a guarantee that your fireworks will be in store between the 30th October and 4th November and that you will get an email saying when to collect.
So I placed my order on the 27th October, get my confirmation email and wait to be told to collect.
It gets to the 4th of November and I've still heard nothing, so I give them a call.... Get told that they are going to look into where my delivery is and they will give me a call back....
2 hours later.... I call again, get told that the person I've got hold of doesn't deal with deliveries but that they will pass it on to their colleague and will give me a call back ....
1 hour later... I call again, this time I'm told that my number was in front of the person I've got hold of but they haven't called me back yet because they don't actually know where my items are... So at this point I tell them that I'm just going to go to the store so they should call their staff at the store and let them know I'm on my way.
I get to the store I was meant to collect at and the woman was extremely helpful, tried to find items from my order that she did have but there were some that they only do through click and collect and didn't have them on site (the whole reason I did click and collect was for these items). She apologises a lot and advises I should call their office again... So I do.... And get told they have no idea where my items are and that they will give me a refund so that I can buy new items.... All I have to do is text them my bank details... TEXT THEM MY BANK DETAILS???
I asked the guy on the phone if he was smoking crack and told him he can process it through the same portal I paid through as I won't be texting a stranger my bank details.
Make up your own mind but this seems like pretty terrible service to me.
