A new prospective and useful information!
While I have not had the experience of the previous posts, however, I have had mixed reviews. They DO have a phone number (buried as it may be) which is 855-942-4898 (M-F 9-5 EST).. They also have chat, but be prepared to be waiting a while for responses. It also seems they are using AI in a lot of their responses.
From all indications, this program is very similar to a First Premier Bank application in which you are charged a "App fee" and a "Program Fee" . Keep in mind this is for bad credit, so they are doing this to cover risk. I do not speak either good or bad about it, however, I just am stating facts.
They should be more clear on the fact they intend to take the full 14 BUSINESS days to process and mail a plastic card to you that could take another 7-10 days to be received for a total turn around of about a month. This is definitely a sore spot in communication. While I have not received my card, I felt it would be beneficial to share what I know so far to assist those who have posted before me.
