I had the privilege of working with Miss Depta as my math tutor, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. She has an incredible ability to break down complex math concepts into simple, understandable steps. Before working with her, I often felt overwhelmed by certain topics, but Miss Depta’s patience, encouragement, and clear teaching style completely changed my confidence in math.
What makes Miss Depta exceptional is how invested she is in her students’ success. She always came prepared with thoughtful explanations, practice problems, and strategies that helped me actually understand the material rather than just memorize it. She also created a very supportive learning environment where it felt comfortable to ask questions and work through mistakes.
Thanks to her guidance and consistent encouragement, my math skills improved significantly, and I was able to approach the SAT with much more confidence. I ended up achieving a strong SAT score, and I truly believe her tutoring played a major role in that success.
Beyond being an excellent teacher, Miss Depta is also incredibly kind, professional, and motivating. She genuinely cares about her students and goes above and beyond to help them reach their goals. I’m very grateful for the time I spent learning with her and would highly recommend her to any student looking to strengthen their math skills and perform their best on standardized tests.

The Tutoring schedule was flexible. The tutor was very patient and very knowledgeable. My son was struggling, in 9th grade, and they were able to help him break through the struggle. They made him feel very comfortable. Since then, he has been very enthusiastic, happy and has overcome his struggles in math. He has amazingly been powering through math achieving A’s! Mrs D is a great math tutor. She has a great spirit which relaxes the student where they see her as a family member more than a tutor. She is always encouraging and has great patience when it comes to different math concepts. I always mention her Academy to other parents and friends.

I was referred to this company by a family member whose child was struggling with math so I decided to give it a try l. When I enrolled my child I was nervous because she has inattentive adhd but I was hopeful so I remained open minded. During the first conversation with Dipta, I began to understand how her methods would support my daughter's learning because she structures her approach based on individual needs of each child. Once I decided to move forward, Dipta immediately contacted my daughter’s teachers to make sure she was in-line with what the teacher was working on, she then began addressing the mathematical gaps my daughter had. Within just 2 months my daughter’s mathematical score increased by 30 points. I am excited to see what the future brings.

Since working with Dipta, both of my daughters have shown tremendous growth in math skills and confidence. We originally began tutoring due to gaps in my oldest daughter’s math knowledge and declining grades in 7th grade. Dipta not only helped improve her understanding, but also built her confidence. With Dipta’s support my daughter was accepted into a competitive magnet high school program and has been successful in advanced level math class. My youngest daughter continues to excel and scored in the 99th percentile on her state math exam with Dipta’s help.

Dipta’s greatest strengths are her deep content knowledge across all math levels. Having one tutor who can support both of my children at different levels has been invaluable for us as a busy family. She is able to explain concepts clearly with patience and kindness.

I studied with Dipta Savalia about 4 years ago. She taught me pre-algebra. I found Ms. Dipta to be patient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. She has tutored my grandson in algebra, algebra 2, and geometry. His math grades have greatly improved. I would recommend Ms. Dipta to anyone having any problems in math.

When I first started working with Dipta, I was a teenager and to be completely honest, I hated math. It was always the subject that felt impossible for me. I never had a teacher who took the time to slow down and make sure I truly understood the foundations, so I fell further and further behind. By the time I reached high school, I was performing at a very low level in math. When I met Dipta she helped me pass a class I was on the verge of failing, and for me, passing at that point was a huge victory. My SAT math score was in the 300–400 range not because Dipta wasn’t effective, but because I came to her extremely late in the process, and our priority at that time was simply making sure I didn’t fail the class, not getting a high SAT score. And for where I started, she succeeded in a way no one else had. Now, I know some parents might read this and think, “Well, if you didn’t get a high SAT score, what was the point? Was her teaching really effective?” That’s exactly why I’m sharing this story, because the real effectiveness of her program showed up in the deeper transformation that followed. In college at the University of Delaware, I had to take pre-calculus, but for years I had only been staying afloat and doing just enough to pass my classes. I was terrified. After years of not working with her since she helped me pass my high school math class, which was my only goal at the time, Dipta and I reconnected. She immediately implemented her program to teach me everything I had missed over the years, and we had six months to prepare before I started the course. In just four months, she took me from basic fractions to full pre-calculus. She gave me structured lessons, real practice homework, and even more importantly, she believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. The result ? I earned an A in college pre-calculus. Dipta didn’t just teach me math she made me feel capable, and that has stayed with me my whole life. Till this day, getting that A in math is thanks to Dipta I really could not have done it without her. I often wonder what my SAT score would have been if I had started working with her sooner. And that’s what I truly want parents to understand. If I could go from barely understanding fractions to earning an A in college pre-calculus, starting from so far behind, imagine what your child could accomplish with her guidance from the very beginning. To any student who might feel the way I once did, afraid, discouraged, or convinced they “just aren’t good at math,” I was in your shoes. Dipta built me from the ground up. I went from not knowing how to simplify fractions to solving the most complex pre-calculus problems. Dipta made it possible. As an entrepreneur today, the most valuable skill I gained from my time with dipta was the belief that I can learn, overcome, and master what once felt impossible. I now fully understand that any skill can be developed not because someone is naturally gifted, but because with the right support and guidance, we are capable of building it.

Dipta is an amazing math tutor who just knows how to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. All through middle and high school, she made tough topics feel way less overwhelming, and her patience helped me a lot. She really gave me the foundation I needed in math.

She also had a big impact on where I ended up. Her SAT prep helped me earn a near full-ride scholarship, and the confidence she gave me pushed me to study Applied Mathematics. The things I learned from her are a huge part of how I ended up working as a machine learning engineer at JPMorgan. I honestly wouldn’t be where I am without her.
