Disgraceful company. I paid in full for sonic and Spider-Man to entertain 35 children for my son’s 5th birthday.
They didn’t turn up and turned their phone off leaving us to have to think on our feet and sort it out. To make matters worse the party was at 4pm, so we had the whole day to try and arrange an alternative. I got a feeble ‘sorry’ but no explanation as to what happened. Emma has blocked me and my comments as she has many people. What a disgrace she is. Don’t trust her with your children’s special day. She ruined his birthday and I will never forget that.

I really hope she goes out of business for what she did to my son.

For them to not even show up. Didn’t let me know and left my husband and I with 35 kids to entertain. No explanation, just a feeble ‘sorry’ they ruined my son’s birthday which is unacceptable. Do not use. Emma is a horrible disgusting person

Dinky ducks were hired, and paid upfront, to provide entertainment at my nephews 5th birthday party yesterday. Spider man & sonic were to entertain 30 m, 5 year olds who were very excited. They failed to turn up, turned off their phones & disappointed all the children but most of all my nephew who kept asking where spiderman was. This is unacceptable. My sister went to huge lengths to put on the very best event for her son and was even more devastated then the kids.

Hours later my sister receives a message, signed off with a kiss (?) Offering a refund. The money was secondary to the joy this would have created.

I would not recommend, they are clearly unreliable and uncaring which is a real shame given their purpose was to spread joy. Avoid & save yourself, and your small people, the sadness & disappointment 😞
