I did not receive the full order. All I received was the brush and not the body coverage all in one moisturizer, concealer and coverage as listed on my order. They told me to send back the brush and pay for shipping. This is definitely a scam site. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering

Absolutely nothing like the social media videos. Those people want to be ashamed for advertising it! Do not buy. Mine looks no different. I think it's a scam! They offered me $9 compensation. Please ban these people from selling this product!!!

This product (Supreme Creme) from Dinasreuh is utter rubbish.

It cost around £30 and you can get it on Tiktok for half the price. Don't waste your money and time waiting as it definitely doesn't do what it's supposed to do.

I finally received it after 5 weeks of ordering it and applied it to my legs - there is absolutely no difference whatsoever.

I've asked for a full refund and they have refused and offered me $4. NO THANK YOU

I ordered from this company a medium colour body cream, first of all it took so long to arrive and when it came it was so light I dont believe they sent me the correct one as it made my skin white! I emailed them to advise of this issue but they offered me 2 USD to order another one and didn’t acknowledge the problem with the colour issue, I sent them pictures for proof as advised and they still didn’t think it was the wrong item and then offered me to return it to china for 5USD not a great experience with the customer service and won’t be ordering again.

Do NOT use this frivolous company! I ordered and payed for three creams and a brush. This got three brushes... They asked for a picture which I provided. Still they refuse to send me the correct order or pay me my money back, claiming their warehouse did nothing wrong 🤬

I ordered a one in one self tan cream with a brush. I only recieved the little brush, and not the cream. It made me very angry!! It is just Fraud!!

Ordered after shave oil that came from China and smell horrible, They don't want to give me my money back because they say it's too expensive, they literally scammed me.ordered on January 21 delivered on March

Ordered what I thought was an excellent Christmas present for my book loving friend, they looked amazing so I ordered 2 of them, Blind Date With A Book the item is called it promised to send a book in the category of your choice (thriller) along with lots of lovely goodies, at £29.99 I really expected far more than I received, a cheaply produced copy of 2 Nicholas Sparks books & an assortment of stickers, cheaply made
flowers & a highlighter pen, it took weeks to arrive, totally missed Christmas & her birthday

I dont believe these ear buds, I ordered are coming from America at all, they have to be coming from China.
It says tracking, took 4 days from the warehouse to the next place, 3 days later says its gone to American customs, 3 days later saying its been looked at by American Customs, I don't believe them at all.

AVOID Avoid avoid !! I Ordered 3 lulu bunnies in tins took my money then sent purchase Order receipt and only after did I notice it said without tins, now I don't know how they did this but it's very clever, sneaky and underhand, they came in cheap clear plastic bags, I complained and they offered me $3,loose change in uk terms... terrible useless, now what I don't understand is this company charges in dollars? And email tracking implies they are coming from America but when you look at the company it says they're in Cardiff in Wales yet it also says the items are coming from a warehouse in China. I think they're very very dodgy, my advice I would say is don't use them unless you like throwing money away...I also think their advertising company is in different names as there are other adverts advertising these things and when you go on said website everything is exactly the same just a different company name.. AVOID

I purchased the colour changing foundation and it is a scam as it does not change at all, it's actually a moisturizer but it stung my face and I had to remove it straight away. Do not buy this fake product!!!

STILL WAITING FOR REPLY RE MY ORDER!!!

Ordered in August a makeup item....was overcharged to start so was given $5.00 US credit. That was August 18th....still waiting on my order which has now been sitting in St. JOHNS CANADA SINCE September 14th. I have now sent 15 emails to support looking for a refund since obviously this is a scam with no order and yet to receive any replies from company.

Bought foundation ages ago, finally received notifications that it was on its way, then didn't receive a thing & informed they had been delivered. Impossible to chase up, and no one Waa recorded on our video footage. Follow ups are generic, stating delivered

I don't know what happened but I never got my order and they just said got post office with tracking number. Very annoying. Louise Murphy. I was told this is a scam site that's why they won't help you out stay well clear.

Color changing foundation for mature skin is just moisturizer! Very disappointed. Highly suggest you look elsewhere for a product that actually works.

Color changing foundation is a SCAM. Product does not do what it claims. It's more a moisturizer. When I emailed customer service, they would only refund me $3 after paying $43.

Ordered foundation with sponges and brushes didnt get the sponges or brushes.
And foundation doesnt change colour. Scam

This website is a complete scam!! I order the colour changing foundation and it does not turn into a foundation at all with any coverage. This product is a face cream essentially and does nothing for you. I try to get in contact with customer support for a refund and they take forever to respond and are no help. They told me this product needs to be used with other other cosmetic products, however it doesn't say anywhere on the website that you require other products for it to work. Complete false advertising and a waste of money and time. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FOR THEM!! What a disappointment.

SCAM. Don’t waste your money. No tint whatsoever in what’s basically just a face cream. DOES NOT CHANGE COLOUR AT ALL. I bought two for the price of one with “free” sponges and brushes and received 4 packs of face cream with no magic tint changing colour in it and no sponges and no brushes. After complaining and sending in photos of it showing it doesn’t work they offered me a $3 compensation after paying over $70 Australian dollars for it. They are a scam and a joke.

This is a scam, do not use this company! I enquired on when my parcel will be delivered. First they send me a tracking number, product is in transit in Chicago, 2 days later the parcel has been delivered in Sydney according to the support team and the tracking link doesn't work. Now no response from support team.
