Very speedy, professional and friendly service. Editing was to a very high standard. Was also very helpful in recommending an excellent printers. Couldn’t have asked for more and will have no hesitation in using their service again in the future.

Wow!!! I sent Jilly what I thought would be an impossibility to achieve!! Not just once but several times Jilly sent me what I had asked for. Every time she would send me the changes and each time I asked her to amend them. Today she sent me the finale! I cannot believe she has managed to achieve the perfect photo. The original photo was of a lady who had days to live. She had raised her grandson and the photo was of the nan and grandson and she was meeting his daughter her great granddaughter of four days old for the first time. She was in hospital, the bars of the bed, the tubes and cannulas, the hospital gown etc all removed to reveal a loving tender moment that will never be captured again as she died 3 days later. Thank you so very much for all your kindness and efforts Jilly.

Jilly provides a most excellent and outstanding service . The restoration work undertaken on several photographs which I have emailed has been absolutely astonishing. The attention to detail is second to none . Communication is of a very high standard indeed. Jilly keeps you informed of how long the work will take and let’s you see the work before you buy . The prices are also very reasonable for this specialist work . I cannot reoommend this service enough !

I went to Jilly to create an image of Myself and My Sister from My Wedding Day. The photographer didn’t get one single image (be it a bad or good one) of us together throughout the whole day. This really saddened Myself and My Sister especially. Jilly and her team have created the most lovely image that we will all treasure forever! Thank you so much!! Jilly and her team did an amazing job on editing a photo that was over 34 years old and removing a baby from it. As a family we are over the moon with the photo now.

After never getting our wedding album done, we decided that we’d start to get a few of our favourites edited from the proof album. This included number removal and correcting my nose, which I’d had surgery on 9 years after wedding. Too be honest, I was very concerned about emailing such personal photos as they’ve remained boxed for 18 years! However, I’m so glad that I made the move - the photos are just beautiful and my nose looks exactly how it does today! A lovely job and we’ve now decided to go through our original album and get others done. Thank you Jilly for such a lovely job.

Digital Touch really saved me. All but one of the pics I gave them were turned around very quickly. Exactly as I wanted them. The last one was, I thought, beyond hope. It took a few more days but it was worth the wait. Absolutely brilliant. I will use Digital Touch again.

Fabulous service! The whole process was so simple from start to finish and the end result was better than i had ever imagined. We had my father in law added to our wedding photo as he passed away when my husband was a child. Cannot thank you enough for your work, such a special picture.

I desperatley needed a clear photo of my grandad, who had recently passed away, for my mother. I got in touch with Natural Touch and nothing was too difficult for them, erasing others in the photo and resizing it. A week later they produced a photo that will always take pride of place in our home. I could not ask for a better service. Thank you again!

Great service. With a JPEG of our beloved cat with a very intrusive background which we wanted to remove, it was edited it out very sympathetically. We now have a great picture to print. Thoroughly recommend Jilly and her team.

(Left on behalf of a family member) Life is precious, as are images of the ones you love who are no longer with us. Until now, the only images I had of my beautiful boy are while he was in SCABU, with wires and tubes or after he passed which are heart breaking.

Jilly has enabled me to see my baby while he was still alive. Editing out all the tubes and plasters attached to his face so professionally that you would never know they were ever there.

Now I have an photo of my baby like other mothers have. I can remember him without feeling so sad, search his features for resemblances, see how beautiful he was.

I can imagine Jilly could make any image look outstanding. But to me, this little photo is my life long keepsake of a person I only met for a day but will stay in my heart for a lifetime.

I contacted Digital Touch thinking that no one would be able to alter my wedding formal group photo in the way that I wanted as it was very complicated and involved creating a lot of data. Others had said they couldn't do it. Jilly said she could and has done an incredible job. She is a miracle worker. I now have the wedding photo I was always hoping for with my floral train visible down the steps where someone was once stood right in front of it. It had eaten me up for months that the photographer hadn't asked them to move to the side. I'm so excited to get it printed and framed now. I can't thank you enough, Bridezilla xx

Used digital touch to rectify some poor wedding photos. Luke managed to combine three photos to get one we wanted. Result one much happier wife. Definitely recommend for your wedding photo woes. Just get all your feeder photos sorted and be very clear what you want in advance and use wetransfer for large files saves lots of back and forth at the start.

What an amazing lady I was completely stuck and didn't know what to do. I had a photo of my dad in the hospital and in the background was a heart monitor screen with his heart beat on the screen I couldn't for the life of me get a clearer image of the heart trace. I emailed jilly at 8pm at night explaining what I needed, I explained that my dad had recently passed away and I wanted to get his heartbeat as a tattoo in less than 14 hours the amazing jilly had isolated the heartbeat from the monitor and extracted it from the original photo and sent the image over to me. I am over the moon with the image and I cant thank jilly enough.
