I first requested cancellation more than ONE YEAR in advance and reminded them repeatedly afterward. In the last three months alone, I contacted them multiple times asking them to terminate the subscription and stop any future billing.

Most of those requests were ignored or never properly processed. Communication and support quality have been extremely poor, with delayed or non-existent responses for months.

Despite all of this, they still processed another charge on my account.

At this point, I have formally requested an immediate refund, permanent cancellation of the subscription, and confirmation that all recurring billing has been disabled.

Very disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a company handling legal and trademark-related services.

Christoffer was a great help and an overall great guy to deal with and speak to.

Digip were incredibly fast and helpful in researching my trade mark wording and getting the application underway. I can recommend them in terms of the intial experience I have had with them and look forward to being in safe hands for the registration process.

1. The person I talked to was Mrs. Krügel
2. She approached my case in a holistic way, and I got a 360 analysis what all has to be taken into consideration and she made me aware of getting funding.
3. Being put in the driver seat for #2 I was able to make the best decision to maximize the chance to get my issues put through and to minimize the risk of just funding a case, which reveals no value added.
4. I have now purchased a service package and await for implementing of what has been discussed.

Good and professional service

Follow ups are swift and they give good advice

I was previously asked to give a good review (right at the beginning) when things were going well but now our subscription is due to end in two days and although I have sent multiple emails and even on the chat today asking to cancel, as we no longer require the trademark service nobody is getting back.

I also can't figure out how to cancel on their website, so I would recommend that you don't part with your money for this company as when it is time to cancel, you just get ignored.
