I was charged for an automatic annual renewal for software I barely remember using and had canceled before the new subscription period began. Despite submitting the cancellation prior to the start of the renewal term and before the charge was finalized, the company refused to issue a full refund and only offered a partial refund.
The company sent a single renewal email that went to my spam folder, and I had no prior indication that this was an ongoing subscription. The software was used briefly after the initial purchase, which I understood to be a one-time charge. A year later, without any meaningful notice, they processed an automatic renewal.
This practice is misleading and unethical. I canceled before the renewal period started, yet they still charged my card and refused to fully refund the amount. I am requesting a full refund and confirmation that my account will not be billed again.

This company is now owned and operated by the Chinese and ignores their new customers. I purchased a new computer so I had to reinstall all of my software and when I tried installing Digarty's WinX Platinum DVD ripper software, with a lifetime membership, it asked for the activation Key number so, entered it. The software said that the key was invalid so I contacted Digiarty 4 times and never received a response. Now my software is useless!!

rip off company, paid for macdvd ripper and it has never worked properly, they refused to respond to a request for a refund or fix the program.

This is a horrible company. I bought their AI converter which turned out to be a perfectly useless product. Their marketing says they provide full refunds if you are not satisfied, but if you write them, a person name Ricky Ma writes back, stringing you along, asking for examples of the issue. If/when you do that, Ricky Ma would then request yet another kind of example, and on and on it goes. Ricky Ma may well just be an AI bot for all I know, but if it's a real person, Ricky and all the other people at this scam outfit are just laughing at the people they're stealing from. DO NOT do business with Digiarty (WinXDVD.com)!

If I could give zero I would. I thought I was purchasing winxvideo-ai made by Digiarty Software. I paid for lifetime subscription. I downloaded the link, installed it and it was nothing but an advertisement for a product I already purchased. I contacted customer support which is totally useless and provided no help but said I needed to contact digiarty.com for customer support. I contacted digiarty and they said I need to register with a number they provided. I created an account online, still no help except a link to request a refund, which I did! NO ONE IS LISTENING. I can't register a product I didn't receive. I've requested a refund SEVERAL TIMES, exhausted myself explaining what is happening to no avail but to be put in their insanity loop. I googled them and discovered numerous people claiming Digiarty scams people. 2checkout should be ashamed working with these people. I've contested this on my credit card. And, Now they have my credit card info. What new fresh hell awaits me I fear.
