Sunteti foarte greu de inteles! Nu oferiti serviciu tehnic 24h, nu oferiti comanda si plata unui produs cu operatorul. Servicii din epoca de piatra in anul 2024?
Se poate MULT mai bine. Si toate imbunatatirile necesare se numesc simplu: respect fata de client!

Am fost sa schimb televiziunea din analog in digital. Ca sa imi dea drumul la digital, trebuie sa imi trimita un decodor. Decodorul ala vine in cateva luni.. suntem la mijlocul lui 2024 si inca nu au primit decodor tot anul. Poftim servicii. Asta se intampla cand o firma are monopol.

Am deschis abonamentul in februarie 2024 la digi, suntem in luna iunie si eu tot astept routerul wireless de la ei, tot spun ca nu au pe stock,de ce mai deschideti abonamente la oameni atunci ???? NICI O STEA NU MERITATI !!!

oricat de mult ai incerca si orice ai face nu o sa ai internet. in fiecare zi care de cateva sute ori timp de cateva secunde si nu poti sa faci nimic. toate se blocheaza si nimic nu merge. Vrei sa suni la ei ca sa rezolvi problema? O sa te certi 2 ore cu o femeie care nu are nici o idee ce cauta la locul ei de munca si o sa iti spuna ca e vina ta indiferent de problema.

Waiting for 2 weeks to get my services moved. Phone reps are incredibly rude, keep interrupting you while you're trying to tell them what you want / need and make assumptions about what you're about to say and they're wrong 9 out of 10 times.

Went to one of their office locations and the rep literally started laughing at me and when I asked her what's funny she said "I didn't even smile" while doing her best not to laugh. She could barely hold it together.

Worst customer service on the planet.
They are rude whether its on the phone or in the Digi stores.
1 month after sigining a contract for 1 year i moved to a different apartment. according to Digi the move was fine but what they faild to mention is that somebody that handled my case made a mistake and added a year to my contract without letting me know.
after 1 year has passed and i went to pay for the last month and bring the equpiment back they informed me by shouting on me that i need to pay a fine of 253 RON because i have another year on my contract.
After more than 6 months of contacting their customer support they don't care about their mistake they just want me to pay the fine.
This message is for any manager in the digi company : Not only that you are not going to see a peny from me, But also i will make sure to push this message anywhere that will accept it that nobody will want to join your ungrateful company with terrible service!.

internetul mai slab decat o persoana cu anorexie, mai incet decat un melc care doarme, mai scump decat 3 tigani cu lanturi de aur, si compania mai neserioasa decat profa de mate cand vine vorba de invatarea copiilor ceva util

Worst customer service.

Many of people complain about the service quality but Digi shows its ugly head also when you need to solve a problem with them. They rarely respond and if they do, they are slow and vague without coming back with solutions.

Avoid if possible!

I've been facing WIFI + LAN connection issues for the past 2 weeks. However, the staff is very polite and helpful, truly looking for solutions.

Useless and rude service they have no respect for customer. I still have no connection since the 12th of December
All the stuff was drunk before Silvester and they still drunk after the New Year. They have no workers but they’re still doing contracts very useless service. I don’t recommend

Execrabilă conexiunea la internet, deși am optat pentru un pachet "îmbunătățit". Aparent doar costul este mai ridicat, nu și calitatea semnalului sau a infrastructurii.
Extrem de frustrant, în special atunci când depinzi de conexiune la internet, pentru activități profesionale sau didactice.
Disconfortul se produce în mod frecvent, aproape zilnic.
Nu recomand sub nicio formă acest operator. Locație: cartier Avantgarden3 Brașov.

To be honest the internet it's pretty damn bad . The past few days it's stopping once every 5 seconds for like 1-2 seconds , Digi fix your internet .

Baddest internet prob on the planet . Like wdym ? 4 days ago my son could play roblox and now 18 nov he cant cause digi stupid internet put something to acces sotes ! DO NOT BUY THE CHEAPEST AND BADDEST INTERNET ON PLANET !!! DIGI LEAVE FROM THIS PLANET . UR JUST USING AIR FOR NOTHING

Este inuman asa ceva de câte ori sun pentru a rezolva o problema digi aștept prea mult timp pentru a vorbi cu un operator, este de a dreptul jalnic!!!!!!!!

I've ported my phone nr and not only do I have a weak signal since then, even my mobile data doesn't compare to what I had before with my former provider. I cannot use a hotspot if I need to, it won't even allow me to open an e-mail.. it's that weak. In the subscription were 3k intl min included. I only used about 90min and I was charged for it. Besides that, when I ported the phone number I wanted to take advantage of a 50% discount offer for 6 months on my subscription (it was available on their website back then). I was told on the phone that the offer applies.. and.. you guessed it, it didn't! Customer service couldn't explain all this bs and couldn't help. Stick to orange, vodafone or whatever and avoid digi.

Am cerut sa îmi schimbe adresa rețelei de internet pe data de 10 a lunii și m am trezit cu surpriza ca mi a fost tăiat Internetul pe data de 1 a lunii . Lucrez de acasă și fără internet rămân fără servici practic ! Merita dați in judecată pentru toate erorile și lipsa de profesionalism .

Contul blocat la Digi.ro din cauza lipsei numărului de telefon personal ce lipsește din cauză că nu am putut să-l introduc deoarece nu este românesc. Am contactat telefonic asistenta clienți care a spus să fac o cerere de mână pentru actualizarea datelor personale pe care să o trimis via mail, ceea ce am făcut, din păcate ulterior am primit mail de la RCS RDS cu un răspuns evaziv scriind că au încercat contractarea mea telefonică (lucru fals) și mandarmi un link pentru actualizarea datelor ce nu funcționează.
