Do not order from these. I wish I'd gone off the reviews. I order a electric razor. The one I was sent was different from the picture of the one I ordered and then it stopped working after using it 4 times. I have emailed twice and had no response from either. Bad products bad customer service

Schade, dass man immer wieder schlechte Erfahrungen mit Unternehmen machen muss hier in Deutschland. Ich habe ein Produkt bestellt aber seit drei Wochen nicht erhalten, obwohl zugesichert wurde, dass sie unterwegs ist. Ich habe jetzt direkt bei der Post gemeldet, dass das Paket, sollte es unterwegs sein, sofort zurückgeschickt wird und gar mir gar nicht erst zugestellt wird. Das Geld habe ich zum Glück noch nicht bezahlt, daher kann das Paket auch noch gar nicht unterwegs sein?! Nach der Bitte, dass sie es bitte Stornieren sollen, kommt nur, das Paket ist unterwegs. Wen wollt ihr verarschen. Als Rechtsanwaltsfachangesellte habe leider schon so viel ansehen müssen, wie die Gutgläubikeit der Menschen immer wieder getreten wird. Schaaaaade!
Ich schreibe jetzt schon seit 4 Wochen mit euch einmal am Tag, das Geld wurde inzwischen eingezogen und die Ware liegt bei euch laut Sendungsprotokoll. Ich will jetzt sofort das Geld zurück haben. Die Ware könnt ihr behalten. Unglaublich!

Dopo ben una settimana non ho ricevuto nemmeno una mail di conferma di tracciamento del pacco. Non rispondono alle mail. Se entro qualche giorno non ricevo informazioni mi rivolgerò ad Altroconsumo e alla Polizia Postale, cosa che consiglio a tutti di fare.

Leider funktioniert dieses Produkt überhaupt nicht, nach der Bitte mein Geld wieder zubekommen, wurde tagelang nicht geantwortet, sodass die Wiederufsfrist verstrichen ist. Fingel weg

Finger weg von Diamond Smile, ich habe Express bestellt mit Kreditkarte bezahlt.
Wollte vor dem Versand die Ware stornieren und neu bestellen, wurde komplett ignoriert, Support ist nicht erreichbar,
Nach dem Widerruf bekommt man ein Angebot einer Erstattung von 15% des Kaufpreises 🤬 die Ware ist ist aber nicht angekommen, was soll das.
Am 13. Bestellt Express am 21.03 immer noch keine Zustellung und die Antwort vom Support ignoriert komplett mein Anliegen und bietet dubiose Erstattungen an obwohl die Ware nicht geliefert wurde.
Stand heute 25.03 nochmals daß Angebot von 15% Erstattung und noch immer keine Ware erhalten.
Stornierung funktioniert nur wenn ich die Ware nach der Zustellung retourniere 😵‍💫 das ist 100% Absicht und das Geschäftsmodell von Diamond Smile.

*Am 13.03 Express bestellt am 15.03 Stornierung angefragt was komplett ignoriert wurde
*Wäre angeblich versendet, bis heute 25.03 nicht angekommen (Express).
*Support unerreichbar bzw reagiert nicht auf Widerruf und Stornierung.
*Bietet Erstattungen an obwohl Paket nicht zugestellt.
Zum Glück hab ich mit Kreditkarte gezahlt und kann das Geld zurückholen!!

Fraud, they never send it

Purchased the hair styler in December for my daughters christmas, it finally arrived jan 26, plugged it in, didnt work, emailed them, no response, contacted them through every communication channel I could, no response, emailed them again, they finally replied asking for video evidence of the product not working, which I did provide, no response, emailed them again asking how to return and get a refund, no response still, this has been going on since jan 26, emailed them again this morning asking them to reply to all my emails asking how to return for full refund....
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.... I HAVE REVIEWED THIS PRODUCT ALSO ON THERE ACTUAL WEBSITE.....THIS IS A SCAM.....!!!!!!!!!!

Ich möchte meine Produkte zurücksenden. Weder per Email, noch über WhatsApp kommt Antwort. Über Telefon geht auch nicht . Nie wieder ....

I placed an order about a month ago. The estimated delivery time was 2–5 days, but now a full month later I still haven’t received anything.

After that, I tried contacting them multiple times. The only response I got was: “We will check your order number and the status of your package and give you an update.” I received this same message twice, but never any actual update.

I also requested a refund through their WhatsApp number and sent another email, but I never received any response.

At this point it honestly feels like a scam. Very poor communication and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise people not to order here.

Je suis très déçue par mon expérience avec DiamondSmile.
Ma commande est arrivée avec beaucoup de retard, ce qui est déjà très frustrant.
Après 4 semaines d’utilisation régulière, je ne constate absolument aucune amélioration. Le produit ne donne aucun résultat visible, contrairement aux promesses faites sur le site.
Pour moi, cela ressemble clairement à une arnaque marketing : beaucoup de promesses, mais aucun effet réel.
Je regrette d’avoir dépensé de l’argent pour un produit inefficace.
Je ne recommande absolument pas ce produit.

Jeg købte en Airwrap på deres hjemmeside d. 26. December hvor de skrev 1-3 dage , den ankom 7 dage senere !!!! ( jeg skulle bruge denne til en speciel lejlighed ) , jeg havde betalt for ekstra fragt for at være sikker på at få denne hurtigt. Jeg lod den gå retur via postnord, den ankom på deres adresse d. 2. Februar. Efterfølgende må jeg stadig betale for denne vare som er sendt retur til dem . Total svindlere . Jeg har ovenikøbet skrevet til dem men intet svar. Køb ikke hos dem 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Please do not buy from this website - I bought a hairdryer with attachments - never worked. Contacted Customer Service they sent 2 messages back after a number of weeks.

Said they would replace after I sent evidence that the goods where faulty after sending them a video.
