Used diamond parking for the first time best meet and greet company i have used very efficient and polite employees

This is the 5th time we have used Diamond Parking. As with all previous bookings the service was excellent. Phoned 10 minutes before arrival and they were waiting when we arrived. On return phoned after collecting baggage and they were arriving just as we got to the drop and go car park. Cannot fault service or price.

Always reliable, flexible and inexpensive! Thank you!

Diamond parking makes life so much easier. They are there in a flash!

Booked the Worton Hall car park for England vs Nz Saturday. They took my money straight away. When we arrived at the car park it was closed and not in use at all. Now Diamond Car parks won’t respond to me or refund. Stay well clear.

Update to Diamond park reply:
Your reply is utters lies. I’m not 1 of 2000 that couldn’t find it. We found it and it was closed, I’ve been there before. Photos were taken by myself and others. You have not responded to any of my emails. As of yet You still have not refunded me a penny. So please stop the lies in hope that people may read this thinking you have done the right thing. The car park was closed, no reply to any emails, no refund. Please stop lying. I’m happy to post the email chain from myself to you and the photos of the closed Worton hall Car park. Date 18/09/24.

Still doesn’t alter the fact, car park WAS closed, NO communication was sent back to me at all. Prove it as I can. Only response I ever got was in here.

Gave them my car in immaculately clean got very muddy in and out car back very disappointed

I have used A4 parking over 10 years - their prices have shot up over the last 6 months so I decided to try someone else. Diamond parking are 10/10 - Excellent company - Waiting for us when we drove in and car back in 5mins when we arrived 40 mins early. Would definetly reccommend

The car park was closed when we got back from the game (before the specified closing time) with a massive automated gate with spikes on top. No contact details in the email or on the website.....

I ended up having to climb over the gate to get my car, luckily there was a sensor the other side that opened the gate when I pulled the car up, otherwise I would have been sleeping in the car!!

Good position for parking, but this booking was made on the proviso it was a manned car park, stating 12-8pm. We arrived back at 7.25 to no stewards and a locked gate. No phone numbers on any correspondence, phone number on FB doesn't exist. Email and message via FB sent. Quick response with a code.. Code didn't work! Correspondence for this site should state a code if necessary, that the gate can automatically shut! My husband had to jump the fence to get the gate to work after 30mins of standing around and waiting. But... Where were the stewards manning the car park!!!

Perfect place to park-BUT 6 different individuals were stood around wondering how to get our vehicles out tonight. Gate closed automatically at about 7:15, just as we came around the corner. One of the other people jumped the gate and drove up to the gate inside for it to open automatically. The booking states it closes at 8 or 8:30??

We were lucky to book last minute for Bristol airport and had a brilliant price for 14 days parking. Easy to contact with regard to delays in arriving and where to drop off. Diamond Dave was so professional and friendly when he picked up our car to when he dropped it off again when we arrived back. Car was clean and no damage. Easy and quick access to the car in the drop and go carpark. £5 for 10 mins turnaround. So glad we booked with them.

Excellent swift service, plane was delayed 1 hour to 1.30 am rang when we had our baggage and car was in the drop zone by the time we got there.

Very punctual. No waiting at departure or arrival. Friendly, courteous drivers. Fair price. What more could we ask?

Fantastic experience from booking, parking and collecting the car..
I emailed to find out what happens if I turned too early? and received an immediate reply with a logical explanation, so I left home a little later and arrived nearer the time of car park opening hour.
On arrival received a warm welcome and instructed how to get out of the car park after the game.
It all went very smoothly!

I booked a car park at Twickernham for the rugby match. Paid 25 pounds. On turning up the car park was a public car park at an industrial estate with no attendant or any support. It’s a scam. I paid 25 pines to park in a free public car park. Criminal

Booked the space for the rugby doubleheader after Xmas at Twickenham, no email confirmation but my money was taken. Email sent in to get the ticket, no reply. No refund despite asking for it and I was told it was an 'issue' with servers? Never heard back from them at all.

No communication at all.

Booked car parking for the big game on the 28th December 2021
Emailed to arrange to enter the site from 9am instead of 11am as local rugby club was playing on the pitch before the game.
Company said that was absolutely fine.
Turned up at twickenham school at 9am and the school was closed.
Had to find alternative parking last minute and pay once again.
Emailed Diamond cars who said they didn’t have access to the school anymore and we’re using a different location.
No good to me so late, so asked for a refund. This was agreed via email and said it would take 7 days to refund.
Now the 13th January no refund, and 3 emails sent to chase up with no response.
Obviously want to take money and not refund when service isn’t provided.
If someone would like to response and actually refund me please!

*Spam/junk mail was/has also been checked and there is no reply from the company.
*I sent a further two emails since the 27th December to confirm the refund ( 5th January, 7th January) plus also twice on their website ‘contact me’ - on the 10th and 13th January. Both said I would get a response within two hours which never happened
Strange as when I was using the service before asking for a refund I got a reply with 14 minutes???
No further email was sent to myself asking to confirm the last four digits on my payment card.
As I have only had a response via a review page I will of course edit this again once the refund has been received.

Easy to book and close to where we were visiting. Used once before and will use again in the future.
