Waited for uttoxeter to burton bus which came in late. Passenger said there had been trouble with the doors. Driver then parked away from the stand for some minutes and then drove away empty without any explanation. Next bus was in over an hour, used another bus company, route. Requested refund as we had a return ticket and was told that no refund as we could have waited another hour for our 20 minute journey. Rubbish service and rubbish customer service.

awful. waited an hour for the 16A! fuming!! it’s disgusting really in this heat the poor old man was waiting next to me was struggling in this heat. bless him! absolute horror house really. i expect an apology. sort it out! got on for free tho to be fair so

absolutely shocking service. i waited a good hour for the 16A to west brom in the scorching heat. it is really disgusting how they treat the civilians of this city. i am truly disappointed with my experience.

So i used to love the drivers on this bus till i came across 1 a lady who does 99 from kingshurst to solihull station but last time i got on the bus she was rude shoutingnand swearingnat me for no reason i wasnt the only one she done it too put in a complaint and its just been fobbed off

absolutely jarring. he was driving recklessly and he had two smoke breaks and he went into a shop to buy something. on the way, he was driving incredibly slowly and then when he had heard people complaining he went even faster and he had almost crashed us into cars and did the death wobble as if we were in an f1 race. absolutely disgraceful. will not be with him again or i WILL get him off of your buses. was swerving around corners and blimey about broke the window with my head. my 3 year year old son almost landed and flew onto some random lads lap, may aswell been skydiving. i dont know how he got past your driving sessions because it was vile. the bus reeked of cannabis, there was an oil trail being left behind us, surprisingly he had oil left at the end. he sat down on the busstop for MORE cigarettes. never ever get on number 8, i bet a blind person could drive better than that, my broken honda civic can drive better than that and it barely starts. me and my husband are fuming. i am so disappointed, i expected way better from you.

the bus driver stopped the bus for a fag break twice , and to go to the shop to buy more. it was so bumpy and the man was using 1 hand to drive. it took us 1 hour ,to get from burton to swadlincote, he kept taking detours and being so reckless.

I was waiting for the 14:05 number 12 in New street Burton On Trent. The bus was on time but loaded further down the road, behind another bus ,where I could not see it . There was an elderly gentleman with one leg in a wheelchair also waiting near me. I saw the bus when it started to move from behind the other one and flagged it down. I explained to the driver that the man in the wheelchair needed to get on board ,but he said I can't do let him get on and drove off. The next bus is at 15:45 so I waited with the man to make sure he caught it. Absolutely terrible way to treat elderly and disabled people . You should be very ashamed of yourselves

242 is the worst bus ever having walked into Wollaston village with my husband in s scooter the bus driver wouldn’t let him on the bus to get home even though the scooter folded he said it was the bus company policy I find this absolutely disgusting in this day and age

£4 for a single ticket with no option for a return

The number 17 Dudley to Kingswinford vice versa has to be the worst bus I have ever used, when I can use it!

The Dudley bus which is due 17.45 very rarely shows up leaving me stranded in Dudley with not very nice unsafe people, leading me to order an Uber costing me a fortune.

Many times the bus when it does show up will just stop at random stops and the driver will take ciggerette breaks! which I think is unprofessional behaviour.

Many times the 17 bus in Kingswinford will just drive right past me with hardly any passengers leading me to be late for work!

Today was the final straw when the 17 bus saw me clearly waiting at Kingswinford cross 07.39 and drove straight past me! even the very few passengers on the bus noticed as they looked back at me.

I will be reporting this incident to professional standards as today I had a very important meeting at work and now I'm standing waiting for other buses!

Disgusting service and something needs to be done.

This bus company is classless ignorant and lie to there customers for 2 day's 9 to swadlincote from midway road hasn't turned up each time ringing the company they claimed are tracker States it's gone down midway road on time and in swadlincote now . Rang up again told about apparent roadworks which they've diverted the bus at Hepworth road this company lacks getting the basics right the buses are old most drivers can't understand English at all also the buses never run on time never this company has effected many disabled people and OAP'S from having any public transport at all they should be ashamed I hope they go into administration and collapse has a company south Derbyshire council have a lot to answer for giving these clowns contracts to run buses in swadlincote Ashby and Burton they should be investigated why there given contract after contract while running no service for the public

Drivers think they're rally drivers but wear horse blinkers.

There is no option to put a lower star. Dreadful bus service. I have waited on several occasions for a Diamond bus No 21, they regularly don't turn up. Today as a pensioner I stood with my 3 year old great granddaughter in the wind and rain. The bus didn't arrive again. We got a taxi in the end and still didn't pass a bus. Shameful service.

Very disappointing experience with Diamond Buses. My daughter was made to feel uncomfortable and threatened by a driver on the 7A service simply because she was paying cash and the driver didn’t have change. She was told she may not be allowed on the bus in future for paying this way.

I raised a formal complaint and received a generic response explaining their change policy, which did not reflect what actually happened. When I replied explaining this and raising concerns about the driver’s behaviour towards a young passenger, my email was completely ignored.

Poor customer service and very unprofessional handling of the situation.

I live in South Yorkshire and hold an English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) card. I visit my sister in law in Worcestershire regularly and have no end of problems using my ENGLISH NATIONAL card on Diamond buses. Their machines do not scan it and their drivers don't know what the concept of an ENCTS is. I only try to use it when valid nationally (not before 09:30 or after 23:00 on weekdays), however the drivers all give me grief and say it's not valid. I've made several complaints to Diamond with no rectification. One driver said "at least I'm not disabled", obviously digging at my disabled. I even went to the Kidderminster depot and the controller said ENCTS isn't valid outside of the issuing authority. They have no concept of what ENCTS is. Worcestershire holders are able to use theirs on our buses down in South Yorkshire with no problems, so why is it so problematic the other way around? Shame on Diamond.

Worst bus company ever I have had problems with them buses turning up late or never turning and now they charge £4 no matter even to go one mile paying £4 is beyond greedy.

Diamond you are disgusting other bus companies don't charge this much diamond you are shameful doing this to vulnerable customers

If it were not so unreliable the 16A in Greater Birmingham would be very useful to me. I'm fortunate to have alternatives and not depend on it, as it is totally spurious whether buses on that route will ever appear, let alone observe the timetable

Yet again the number 76 Tamworth to Sutton Coldfield did not turn up in Curdworth. It should have arrived at 10.11am. I phoned the office to be told it passed through at 17 minutes passed, I assured the lady I spoke to that I had been waiting at the bus stop since 9.55 and no bus had passed through. She said th driver must have taken a different route???????
Recently I went to Ventura park, went to get the bus home which didnt arrive. I phoned the office to be told the bus would not be running, after a few words it was suggested I phone a taxi get a receipt from the driver and send it in to be reimbursed. The service is a joke, but I have no choice it is the only bus service we have.

I’m on the 21 bus and there’s is a driver with pink hair who lets his girlfriend get on for free and at every stop, he’ll get out with her to make out and vape, i just think this is really not professional. It is a traumatic experience because no one wants to see a bus driver and a 1st year college student kissing it is unethical
