Professional, and great customer care

I ordered an ex-demo item online. The website was clear and straightforward. I received a call to ask whether it was ok for the paperwork to go with the item as the billing and delivery addresses were different and as we were approaching Christmas, they were conscious it may have been a gift. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The item was dispatched as promised. Although there was a problem with the courier, beyond their control (attempted delivery to a wrong address), I eventually received the item in good condition, with all components present and well packed. Courier error aside, I was very happy with the transaction.

A very professional service.

A very professional service. Very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my telescope and mount issues also friendly and quick to respond. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future regarding problem solving with my celestron se8.
