I ordered a small double ottoman bed in white. When we unpacked the headboard it was cream and a standard double size . The company were unhelpful and rude . They finally agreed to collect the bed but only issued me a 50% refund . They lied and said the item was damaged even though it was never unpacked ! I would beg you to avoid using this dishonest company . I ordered through b&q and mistakenly thought this would be a reputable company, I would hate anyone else to make the same mistake I made !

Swore at me and hung up -
The owner called me a week prior couldn't guarantee a delivery date saud if I wasn't in, I could leave outside the door. I said I had a slot between Thursday and Monday. Said I can't guarantee shall I cancel.i said no and he cancelled order.so rude, swore at me then hung up . I wouldn't want a bed from such a rude company!

Very bad experience. They sold me a double bed with PU leather that has the worst quality of PU leather (it tears like paper if touched wrongly) and when I asked for them to send new parts, after proving by photos the problem, their response was that I have to send back the faulty parts in order for them to send new ones, meaning half the bed(!!), that will cost me almost as much as the bed! (Nottingham to Blackburn!!). The pulled it off on ebay, they are trying to pull it off on Paypal (Case ID: PP-D-89133892). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
