The person I talk to this afternoon was extremely helpful and on my side believe his name was Andy ( good bloke )

I have been with DFH for a year now and it literally has saved my mental health and my pocket. No stress anymore about how I'd cope with my debts. Not only they all have been super helpful and polite but I feel respected and not judged.

The experience of the review call today with Mr Andy Rowlinson was exceptional as always. He listened carefully and explained each and every step of the process. This is top customer service!

I had a problem with a creditor that was really worrying me, my advisor that I spoke to went above and beyond to help me, and also followed up with a call within 24hrs to reassure me he had solved the issue, he also took extra steps to ensure it was resolved and to ease my mind I really appreciate the support and customer service I received

Absolutely brilliant. This is the company you need if things are getting to much. Always responsive with emails and also there to reasure you that everything is ok. Can't really fault them for anything. Keep up the good work guys.
