Dezire Trip

I was helped by Mukul to reserve my flight tickets to India. He provided excellent service and thoroughly followed up till the reservations have been finally made through him. He has a lot of patience to search for the best possible itineraries and I am happy with their service.

It was good experience booking the tickets with Dezire trip. I was kind of going back and forth when to book the tickets as the price was going up and down. Saurav was very patient in answering all my questions and was able to give a good deal that I couldn't get on any online web sites. Unfortunately for me the price has come down next day after I booked the tickets but its just a personal concern. Overall, it was still a unmatchable good deal provided by DZire trip on the day I booked the tickets. Thank you.

Mukul, Great job with your customer service and attention to detail.

I appreciate team effort which help me to get the best deal for my flights. I will further continue to use their service in future.

Mukul helped us getting very good deal to book India trip. It was great working with him. Success of business is how well you create a trust in customers mind. He is very expert sales person and holds potential to sell ice to Eskimo :). Great service. Its very difficult job to create a trust in few minutes call. Especially in the market where 100 people call you with attractive deals. He has provided very honest information with timely communication . Great job Mukul . You have a great future ahead. Good luck.Keep doing best job!
We look forward to work with you again!
Thank you

I would like to mention that Mukul Kumar has given us the best possible deal and customer service that someone can think of. The way he assisted us and helped us in getting our international tickets was beyond phenomenal. I worked with Mukul Kumar to book my India Trip itinerary for 5 folks with different dates and routes, he patiently helped to get all the booking right as well as best prices. Definitely recommend this agent to work with.

Finding a best route with multiple restrictions (Travel Time, Fare, Connections) is very difficult. I got a chance to work with Mukul from Desire for my trip. He took personal attention by extending his work hours and provided me the best route of my needs. No doubt Dezire is my first stop for all future bookings. Good Job Mukul.

mr. Pankaj Thakur, company representative was very much friendly and also helpful.
We as a student compared many websites, but dezire trip was the one who provided the best rates for flight.
mailed the ticket on same day once we transferred the money.

I booked my tickets thru Deziretrip and had a wonderful experience with them throughout. Even when I had to extend the trip and change my tickets, they helped me quickly to make this change even though I was overseas. Mr. Mukul Kumar helped me on this and he moved things quickly as well as gave me good rates on the flight as well. I am so impressed that I have been recommending him to my friends and family as well
Thanks

I started my booking with MakeMyTrip.com. The person over kept me on hold for cumulative 2 hrs with no final agreeable date and price. One of my friend game me the number of Dezire Travel, I called and gave all my requirements. The person didn't put me on hold, rather told that he will call me back. I didn't have to stuck on the call. When the person called me, it was awesome deal with all the requirements fulfilled. Now onwards Dezire Trip is my primary travel agent.

BTW Mr. Mukul from the Dezire Trip was working with me. He is very professional and knowledgeable person. He knows how to sell. :-)

Mr. Pankaj Thakur helped me in every possible way to make sure I not only have the best deal out there but has also given me flexible options to book tickets on several dates. He took care of every aspect and did responded to all my queries via email or on call pretty quick. I will definitely be doing business again with him in near future.
