I am always open to try a new bookie. In 2 weeks, I placed in total 24 bets with 14 lost.
The issue now is that, out of the 10 that I have won, 2 of them got status SUSPENDED (despite the match being played and bet being totally fine before the match) and they only let you claim the amount bet - not the winnings.
So if you lose, you lose the balance (as it should be), but if you win then you risk only getting back your money.
First time that happened I asked their support and their reply was:
"Hi, all bet settlements are done by our backend partner Azuro. Your bet that was suspended, was also suspended by Azuro. The exact reason for the suspension is something we shall raise with them. You can find more about Bet settlements on the Rules & Settlement policy shared below. "

I asked to be raised but then I was only shared a link with the T&C.
As this was one time, I thought it could be an honest error and still decided to continue betting, but when it happened a 2nd time I have just decided to withdraw the remaining balance and make sure to warn other people so you don't know this is a normal practice they do.
I have reported the 2nd instance in Discord and still pending feedback from team, will update review if get new information.

I should have read these reviews, as there is another user complaining of exactly the same, that with winning bets they will suspend and excuse with that is their 3rd party provider

UPDATE: In their reply, they accept that this is normal on their bookie and just say that they are only a frontend and out of their control... and that if you are unhappy, go to another site... scammers...

DexWin are scamming people by not paying out the wins.
They will only settle your losing betts and all winning bets will be pushed.
They advertise decentralise betting but in reality it is all just a scam that operates from centralised offise. there is nothing decentralised in dex win, they can manipulate smart contract of how they want. you will never win there as they will find a reason not to pay you out.

Decent platform. Give boosted odds but slippage it too high. It's almost a joke.
