they absolutely scam you!! the user below me is totally right, in my case they obliged me to buy 0,0025 btc at least, even though i did a margin of 2 euros they still claim that with the one per cent comission I have currently 0,00248 so i cannot suposedly withdraw money. and now they have given me another wallet direction since I cannot use the same direction to deposit 0,0001 btc and that's clearly a scam, they want me to deposit 260 euros again.

1. USDT Withdrawal Blocked:
I submitted a withdrawal request for 10 USDT, which has been placed on hold without any explanation. Despite repeated follow-ups, no progress has been made.
2. BTC Refund Mishandling:
Due to a mistake on Dexbo’s side, I was told I would be refunded 0.0017 BTC. However, no refund was ever issued — only 0.00017 BTC was initially received. Later, 0.0017 BTC appeared as a deposit, not a refund. No explanation or compensation has been provided.
3. Terms Not Honored:
Dexbo claimed my account was restricted due to “inactivity for over 3 months.” However, this rule does not exist anywhere in their published Terms of Use.
4. Shifting Deposit Requirements and Hidden Fees:
I deposited the required 0.0015 BTC for account verification, but only 0.001485 BTC was credited. I was later told that 1% had been deducted as a fee, even though this was not previously mentioned.
To make matters worse, the required deposit amount for activation kept changing with each support conversation, making it nearly impossible to satisfy their conditions. This is an extremely dishonest and manipulative tactic.
5. Lack of Transparency & Support:
I contacted support multiple times via chat and email, but received inconsistent or no responses at all. Even direct email attempts failed due to technical issues on their end.

A good crypto exchange, without any major problems. I received payment on this exchange, passed the verification and withdrew the funds to my card, but of course left a little bit for trading, as I'm already 6 years engaged in cryptoinvesting and I am always attracted to new projects.
