It was easy to order and delivery date was accurate. Sadly, bought as a gift, apparently the scones crumbled when being cut and although tasted fine, spoilt the presentation!

The website is simple and straightforward to use. Choices are excellent and well priced.

A great idea to send as a treat to grandparents while we were away.

Only downside was that couple of the scones were a little dry.

Have bought several hampers as presents and they've always been well received. This time my partner had the Devon cream tea hamper and it was great , the biscuits were tasty and the tea bags perfect to wash them down. The scones were light and complemented by the beautiful strawberry jam and clotted cream .

Ease of ordering and choice of products. Packaged well and tasty scones, jam and cream. Would definitely purchase again. Only one suggestion would be to have cream in a mini cool pack.

I have sent at least 4 or 5 cream teas as birthday presents, and they have always been received with delight by the recipients, who tell me how fresh and delicious everything is!

This time my pay system selected a previous address, but the customer service staff immediately rectified the problem, and were so helpful.

Unfortunately the delivery was not made on the selected day, which I wasn’t aware of until I spoke to the courier company whom told me that they hadn’t received the package.

This was disappointing as it was for a special event, so ruined the celebration.

I was told by the company that the products would still be fresh despite being in transit.

I have used this company twice now and would not hesitate to use them again and again -such an excellent efficient service and my friends/ colleagues receiving the product were absolutely thrilled. Thank you 🤩

I ordered the cream tea as a gift. Very quick delivery 19 hours after ordered it was delivered The scones were lovely and fresh. And the tea bags made a very nice cup of tea. This is an ideal gift for someone or even yourself You won’t be disappointed
