I have been back and forth about the phone they sent with delaminated and chipped screen, after I paid extra for the "like new" phone. I could go on and one about the mind blowing lack of business ethics. But instead I will simply warn you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I an in dispute with the bank now to have the charges reversed, and they are behind me 100% after finding numerous complaints on BBB, and trusted review sites.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My product did not ship as their website states. I tried calling numerous times. They don't answer their phone, your call cannot be transferred and you cannot leave a message. I had to return my item twice as it did not work properly. I've been trying to get a refund for 4 months. I'm told the credit card they used to charge me, they somehow cannot get to accept a refund. How odd, since I have other companies charging and refunding to it. I've submitted a "help", and I use this loosely, desk ticket many, many times and all I get are excuses. They have my number but refuse to contact me direct to resolve my credit card refund issue. It's because they don't want to refund! They are the biggest scamming company I have come across.

This company is a SCAM, FRUAD and getting away with it. You'll never get your phone delivered PEPIOD!!! Google them before you purchase. I got burned, They even told my credit compan that they would mail out the phone so as to keep the charge in place,,, These ppl are pros at scamming..

If I could give less stars I would. Horrible experience. Went for over two weeks without a phone. In 2017? Ridiculous. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Don't say I didn't warn you!

I ordered a cell phone on Tuesday with add'l payment for expedited shipment. Bank account debited within minutes. No shipping confirmation or tracking number supplied by Thursday. Questions requesting shipping info were initiated on Wednesday. All responses to my inquiries were automated stating problems on their end and that someone would contact me asap. Never happened!!! Using the phone number to this day will get you nothing more than .."we don't take phone messages. Go to the website...". The confusion associated with this transaction is almost impossible to convey. By Thursday evening I cancelled the order.
On Friday, my credit card was cancelled to prevent further fraud. On Monday at noon, I received a text stating the order had shipped!!!! I reminded them by email that I had cancelled this order last week after no response. A worker sent out an extremely unprofessional email today (Wednesday - week 2) and purported refund of expedited cost. Take your chances with this non-responsive so-called business.
