Our existing CRM had become difficult for the sales team to manage, so we asked Detach to build a customer system around out actual workflow. The first working version was delivered in about 8 weeks using React, Node.js and MongoDB. We particularly liked that they didn't try to force us into a pre-built CRM. They understood our lead assignment, follow-up and reporting requirements and built those directly into the system.
We initially approached Detach for a mobile application, but the project eventually expanded into a customer management platform connected to the app. The complete implementation took around 16 weeks and was built with React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. There were development issues, but the team handled them professionally and did not affect the timeline. The combination of the app and CRM has made our order and customer management much more organized.
Detach delivered our fintech mobile application in just over 10 weeks, which was impressive considering the number of integrations involved. They built the app using Flutter with a Node.js backend and PostgreSQL, and the overall quality was much better than what we expected at the beginning of the project. The team was responsive throughout development, especially during QA and App Store submission. We've continued working with them for post-launch improvements.
