These guys are SCAMMERS PLEASE BE AWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. trust me they are a waste of time and money. And all they want is more and more money from you. I paid $1500 for a project they never finished but yet they never gave me back my money. I had to find another developers. And I’m glad I have the developers that I’m with currently.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and Zephyr

Charge me over $600 and absolutely none of the work that I paid for was accomplished

They did not launch my Facebook page, nor did they provide me the ad posts for this Facebook page

Their contract states if you can find it that absolutely under no circumstances will they issue a refund even if they don’t provide any of the work as promised.

I thought my credit card company would protect me, but they didn’t

Was getting ready to launch a new company, in June 2022, my initial consultant was Max Jordan, who after approximately three or four weeks of false promises and basically submitting very poor quality work

Constantly gave me excuses why deadlines were not met because he was sick and I was going to the doctors office, eventually I complain to his manager Zephry Who is sure me that he would take control of the situation and make sure that I would have a better experience

He was no better, and often left me waiting for work from the graphics department for 1 to 2 weeks and time and time again, very poor quality work.

Assured me that I would not be charged until I was happy with the promise 12 ad posts after 2 1/2 months they were only able to come up with two they also did not launch my Facebook and Instagram page as promised and no SEO work was done
I complained bitterly, when I tried to reach out for a refund from my credit card company I was told that in the long and extensive complicated contract, DESIGNITIC HAS A CLAUSE which states under no circumstances no matter how unhappy or dissatisfied you are and even though no work was actually done they have the right to still keep the money and there will be no refunds issued under absolutely no circumstances

Find this company and zephyr very Deceitful, Unprofessional and unscrupulous

It has been a pleasure working with Designitic to upgrade and update our website. Although it took longer than expected Zephyr Jones has been remarkable in getting all the changes and making suggestions for a more modern website. He was always ready and willing to work with us and on our schedule. Our new website is up and active and better than ever.

My account manager Alex was extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. He helped me create a website I am absolutely proud of. Alex was extremely patient with me as it took way longer to compete the project than it should have , no fault of his , ALL MINE. Alex was always on top of any request I made for changes to my site and he did it with such professionalism adding ideas of his own making it even better!

Zephyr was my project manager I really enjoy working with him , he cares he listened and understands all my needs I will recommend Zephyr a thousand percent by working with him we created a long-term client relationship any updates for my website I would love to go back working him he's my person always ready to guide me in the right direction for my business,thank you Zephyr we gonna do more and more business.

Alex personality and patient was just wonderful. My nonprofit organization will continue to work with Alex in future. We have long term business goals to work on together. Albert was the project manager assigned to work with myself to develop and redesign my website. Albert guided me thru the process and was very patient. I would highly recommend Designitic to anyone.

I decided to choose this company to create my website more out of necessity than an option.
It took months to get ready, I paid much more than I was initially offered.
They didn't deliver the complete project, they didn't create the company's social profiles that were within the contract, they didn't bother to do everything 100% and in the end, I had to correct some grammatical errors and misspellings on the website itself. It looks like they took it out from Google Translate. I'm not kidding. And that cost plus $310!
I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.

So, I had no knowledge of the in’s and out’s for a website design! Then came ALEX. I am so thankful for his patience and tolerance. He hung in there with me, especially when my anxiety was through the roof. At the End he produced a beautifully designed website for me. Thank you Alex! I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Zephyr and he is INCREDIBLY ENTHUSIASTIC, seems to really enjoy his role at designitic and is passionate about helping his clients get their desired result!

Zephyr always responded to my calls and was eager to make sure I was receiving the logo design I was looking for.

When we hit a bump in the road with design he did not hesitate to make EVERY effort to do all that was needed to meet the deadline and give me a logo I would be pleased with.

Don't recommend these people. they take way too long to make a website and their reps on the phone are rude and condescending. additionally, they pester and annoy you with upsells at every stage of the development process. Also i'm pretty sure they sold my data to people overseas but i can't verify because I keep getting spam emails and phone calls from people in India trying to make a website for me. Overall, bad experience.

Alex Wilson was very helpful and on time. He made feel comfortable and I have trust issues. I like the work and I will be using him again.

Though the process of building the website took longer than I anticipated, the end result was impressive and worth waiting for. Designitic's Zephyr Jones, who was in charge of the project, patiently made changes and adjustments along the way when necessary. Using my copy and photos, Designitic produced a website (combatgliders.com) that truly honors the combat glider pilots off World War II.

Benjamin has been a great help to our team to build this website. He is very patient with me and is nice. Whenever I have a problem he solves it.

Benjamin Foster and his team created a beautiful logo for my soon to be launched website. It has the sophisticated, yet vintage touch I wanted.

Alex Wilson is the best he is very patient, he walked me through each step of the process. I was hesitated following through with my vision of starting my company. But he makes every step less stressful. He always there to guide me in each in every step of the way. Overall, great company to help you get you foot of the door.

They were very professional and fast. I will definitely use them again in the future

Designitic were able to come together to ensure that my needs were met for my website. It started it out rough due to staff changes, but Alex was able to come and complete the website as I requested. He was patience, and consistent. He presented to be concerned and wanted to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I am glad that I was able to be patient and collaborately work together with them to ensure my expectations of the website. I would use them again because I felt supported during the process. Also, James was helpful and ensured that I was always satisfied as well during the process. He was always available and provided me with support when any difficulties arised.

These guys are a poor choice for web design. I worked with guys named Jake, Jeremy and James. 90 days later none of them are with the company. 10 months later I have nothing. Spent $257.00 initially and received absolutely nothing. Avoid this company. I could go on for an hour about all the problems I've had with them.

I recently worked with Designitic to get my business webpage up and running. I found them to be true to their word, honest and reliable. My first connection was with Jake. What a nice guy! He was so helpful & knowledgeable, explaining everything thoroughly so that I would understand the process. Next Alex came on board to get the web page going. He designed an awesome logo and page for us, we couldn’t be happier. Overall I found everyone to be super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend for sure.
