We bought a sofa from Chris at Brent Cross store he really went out of his way to help us. We didn’t release he was the manager until other members of staff kept asking him to assist. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a sofa to go in and wait for Chris his due out to our house for a colour confirm this week and his knows how to go above and beyond

Ciaran at the Belfast branch was a breath of fresh air for our sofa shopping journey. All day we were hit with lack of product knowledge or the "hard sell" from other retailers. Ciaran gave us all of the information that we needed and helped us to make the right choice of sofa and even helped personalise it to help with my mum's bad back by showing us the electric lumbar support options on her new recliner.
