We have been into the Edinburgh store twice. First just to assess what we liked - to try and narrow down what we were looking for. We were impressed by the range as every sofa we tried was comfortable and of excellent quality. There was help but not a hard sell so we felt able to leave and return.
On our second visit, Lauren helped us hone our decision, taking time to ensure that we were aware of all our options, and thinking through the best choices for our home and then working hard to get the best price she could. We are happy customers.

After a corner sofa purchase at the ideal home show we had quite a few bits to sort out. So we popped into the Brent Cross store, where we met Chris who helped us through every step and even came around to measure-up and suggest ideas! Chris was fab and honest and helped us immensely.

We went in to look for two sofas for our new house. Lauren was extremely helpful, explained all the details such as care, pricing comfort and so, without sales pressure. The whole process was straightforward and reassuring - very satisfied!
