We were so lucky to find these rads to replace two existing , fitted perfectly . Delivered within in few days with very good info on delivery position & time . Pity I can’t add picture 😊

Fast delivery good design. Only disappointment is that the key component which would suffer most stress under use is plastic not steel.

Staff very helpful
Staff very helpful and ordering online was easy and straightforward. I’m pleased with the radiator and it was well packaged. However, the delivery was terrible. I placed my order 24th November my radiator arrived on the 7th December and the valves didn’t arrive until the 12th. Maybe that was because of Black Friday.

Hi H Davidson, thank you for your 4-star review! Sorry to hear that your order was delayed. Based on the approximate time it was placed, the delay was likely due to the Black Friday rush. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. The website is easy to use, the product info is clear, and the prices are genuinely competitive. I ordered a radiator and was kept updated the whole way — fast dispatch, secure packaging, and it arrived exactly when they said it would.
The quality is excellent too. You can tell they only stock solid, reliable products, and the customer support is actually helpful, which is rare these days. If you need radiators without the hassle, this is the online shop to use. Highly recommend
