I sometimes do shopping on this website. The customer support team is nice. But that is not difficult for them to say sorry and apologise me when the website have error.
That so crazy when you see something on the website, you feel like it, you purchase it. You paid for it and the order already confirmed. You just wait for it fulfilled. But wow, some days later, you check your order because it was still unfulfilled. You ask the support team for your order. And ouch, they say to you that your items are unavailable. They apologise you for that. And pay you back a refund. So much disapointed !
But not only that. You already use your Discount code, for example 20% discount. And surely you will be not available to reused it. And wow, the support team give you a 15% discount code.
Do you feel that is now 21st century. You do shopping online. But there is so many thing that the seller can make that seem to be bargaining and you have no chance to bargain, except you accept.
I have bad experience 2 times in this website. All is when I purchase at weekend time. So if you plan to purchase here, never do it online in this website on Saturday and Sunday. Night time may the same. To be sure, purchase when you can chat to them, even the communication is not in fast speed.
I think sometimes they show the good offers with cheap price to make us visit their store frequently. And, in the case we purchase, then later they will say sorry us because of some error. It's take our time. And even if some one order items from this website to sell to other one, it will reduce our honor to our customers. We might have to apologize them like the way support team say to us.

Before buying the glasses, ask on the web chat if they had them in stock and they said yes, that's why you bought them, after 3 weeks they write to me saying that they do not have it and that they would return the money

No one answers the phone or emails. I tried
Contacting via Facebook and Instagram still NOTHING. I made an order the 15th and have yet to receive an update . Smh...the customer services sucks .

Update: designer Eyes’s contacted me and I received my package. I’m am pleased with my Sunglasses .

The customer service team I worked with was so helpful! I wanted to purchase a pair of Celine sunnies but I’m blind as a bat, so I needed prescription lenses added in. They were responsive and patient with my many emails, and were careful to make sure that the lenses were my desired tint before sending them out. The glasses themselves are lovely too! Five stars!

Purchased JMM frames. Best online price. 3-7 ship, however I hadn't received the frames by day 12. Left a live chat message, sent emails, left a voice message with customer service number. DE did not respond. I called corporate front desk and a live person answered. Inquired on order status explaining that I received no responses back from customer service. She listened and transferred me to a CS rep . Explained situation to rep. She listened as well and put me on hold and took a walk to the warehouse to personally check on my frames. She explained that they were very short-handed and were dealing with a heavy backlog and computer issues. She assured me that the frames would be shipped out THAT day. Date on package showed she kept her word. At first, I was a bit bent out of shape by DE not responding back to me, but dealing with Carmela and Tatiana who both listened and rectified the matter in real time made my experience with DE awesome. Despite a delayed ship and unresponsiveness, I highly recommend DE for its prices and its impressive associates who, I'm sure, are doing the best anyone can do. Thank you Designer Eyes!

I ordered blue lens and got mirror ones. They look so stupid.
