Firstly, when my purchases arrived I was thrilled with them. I am in Australia and my first order did not arrive to which I was a bit concerned that I was scammed. After getting in touch my concerns we put to rest. A new order was dispatched and a free gift was included for the miss placed order. Thanks again. Those thinking of purchasing from Dernholt do it!!!

I bought 3 pieces jewelry from Dernholt.
The butterfly necklace is the best piece by so far. I got many compliments from people. I really like the piece.

A week ago I opened the last piece necklace "double snake" but I found out it was damaged. I contacted Dernholt about the matter and they really replied professionally. After I sent the images of the damaged necklace they started the procedure to send me the new piece.

The whole proces I experienced it as very good!

This product looks nothing like these pictures. It is very poorly made and can easily be broken in one wear. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this website. The return policy is a scam.

I received today the beautiful jewelry I received today the beautiful, well made, jewelry and | love everything what I ordered.
I wear them already and I can really recommend the fast shipping and the great pieces.
I was also in touch with the costumer service and the fast and nice reply was also exceptional.
Even on the same day!
I will defenetly purchase again but now I enjoy my new jewelry.

I received probably the most beautiful necklace I’ve ever ordered. Not that it has very high quality, shine and unique design, but the approach and the customer care from Dernholt/Hannes was absolutely extraordinary and I am very grateful I have their piece or art now. Thank you!

The pearl did look too fake as it was not perfectly round and it had glue all over

Very disappointed that no one has reached out to fix or exchange my defective bracelet that I love! I just want one that works and stays fastened!

First of all, I liked the Marketing on Social Media. I always had a Thing for pearls and the way they brought it for men to wear, loved it. The second, the shipment was very clear, and it quickly arrived. The mail which I was informed about my purchase, super. I thought it was a gift from Santa. Keep on the good work and design.

They don't refund my money

Hice devolución del pedido el 16 de diciembre con tracking que muestra que lo recogieron el 3 de enero y todavía no me han devuelto el dinero (a pesar de ponerme en contacto por mail con ellos y decirme que no han recibido el pedido aún).
85 euros.

Hannes from customer service got back to me within a reasonable timeframe and immediately provided the shipping info for the correct product. He corrected the issue.

Prompt shipment, great communication, and the pieces are of high quality and great design. Very happy and looking forward to new designs to shop from in the future

This product is of terrible quality. The Tri-Flat Snake Bracelet I got is faulty and dettached after using for a few weeks. A replacement was sent, but then the 2nd band broke again in <12 hours. It's clearly just made with cheap glue and tiny metal clips so forget about keeping it long term. Company refused to refund and is very happy to take and keep your money for selling faulty and poorly designed products.

Positive: The shipping was fast and efficient. I bought 3 wristbands, and they look great in appearance.

Negative: The quality is unfortunately horrible, so bad infact that despite the relative low cost, the cost does not make up for the quality. 1 of my wristbands broke the FIRST night during sleep. Due to this i opted not to sleep with the second one. Unfortunately the 2nd wristband also broke after 4 days, not even doing something active, the wristband broke while sitting at the computer.

Unfortunately this abysmal quality led me to make a review, and it is unfortunate as the wristbands look great.

After ordering an item on their website, I received a completely different one, much under the value of the original ordered item. I sent an email to the customer service asking for an exchange or a refund, to which they responded quickly offering to send the right item. But turned out they didn't send anything and now doesn't respond to my emails. Definitely looks like a scam strategy, I strongly advise to not buy anything there.

Items ordered are much smaller than they appear to be. There is also no size guide for the necklaces as that is what I purchased. Also I have not received an email back for a refund yet.

After posting this review I got an email from their support to which they have helped me an offered me a solution.

In response to their comment. The length of the necklace is NOT in the description its in the DETAILS tab next to it which does not open up unless you click on it. I have changed my review because I should have been intelligent enough to do a scan of the page before purchasing the items.
