I am wondering if you are buying substandard products from Neocutis and then selling them on your website. I have been buying the Neocutis Journee sunscreen for years. Usually from my cosmetic dermatologist. But since I only see her every 3-5 months, I started buying it from your website. I have had to throw away the last two bottles because the pumps malfunctioned. A problem that I never had when buying it from my doctor. You can see that I have been loyal customer and have enjoyed the convenience of purchasing my Neocutis products from you. But for now I am done. Would not recommend you as a source to any of my girlfriends.

Had an offer code would not accept. Somewhat misleading between email sent with offer code and checkout system

I am finding that more often than not, Dermavenue has the product I am looking for at the best price. I took one star off for two reasons;
1) The website offered a promo code for 30% off of the product price, however, when I applied the coupon, it only reduced the price by 24% (still beating competitors pricing), not a big deal, but could be improved on...and no, I did not reach out to customer service, they may have corrected the issue.
2) Dermavenue only offers DHL shipping, for anyone who has used DHL, you probably get why that would contribute to the 4/5 stars.
The super slow shipping and poor tracking would have been less of an issue before Neocutis improved their product containers to leave less wasted product in the bottle. That wasted product always served as my "time to buy more" notice because I could take the pump apart and get well over a weeks worth of product out of the bottle while I waited for the replacement to arrive. The new packaging gives no indication you are running low until it is empty.
Despite these these small issues, I am pretty happy so far with this vendor and will look to them again for future purchases.
***Update - I am updating this review to backpedal my negative comment about the shipping options. My Dermavenue shipping experience with DHL was a night and day improvement over my past experiences. I am guessing that Dermavenue possibly uses an upgraded DHL option. The tracking information was updated regularly, I placed the order on Saturday, received a shipping/tracking notification on Monday with the product arriving Wednesday. This was much better than I had expected.

Always the best discounts on my favorite Neocutis product.

I have not received a date as to shipping of my order, so far the rating is poor.

The Dermavenue representative kindly and patiently helped me place an order using a discount code. She explained that I need to be logged in to accumulate reward points and was able to apply points for an order I recently placed. I am very happy with the service I received.

Trust me, I have tried multiple eye creams. Nothing is as rich and moisturizing as neocutis riche eye cream. I just bought some for my 92 year old mother and 34 year old daughter. We are loyal fans!”

The product I bought appears to be genuine, however, I paid for 2 day express fedex shipping and they sent it via usps. I reached out to support and they never got back to me. Most likely won’t buy from here again.
