A liitle sceptical of this kind of product I had heard a lot about it in the news. This is the only thing i have found that works, it supresses your appetite enough to eat only the amount you need. That along with strict eating habits and a good exercise regime has worked wonders!! I have always been an active person but after a bad sports injury I couldn't train any more. I did not find the hoodia amazingly helpful for curbing my appetite which was the main reason I wanted to try this product. The hoodia did give me more energy though which was great as I was able to get to the gym after work each day and get a good work out in. No negative side effects with this product whatsoever.

I got these for my wife and they do work well.
