Très bien accueilli et guidé lors de ma première visite en novembre 2025 pour la pose de 12 implants et d' un appareil provisoire puis le temps de cicatriser (6 mois) ...j' y suis retourné la semaine passée, pour finaliser et poser 2 nouveaux implants j'ai maintenant mes prothèses definitive, la dentiste qui m as suivie a fait un travail extraordinaire, elle a été exigeante en Terme de qualité et de conseil (dimensions, teinte, aspect) je suis très satisfait du résultat et de l'ensemble de ma prise en charge, j'espère pouvoir appliqué sur le long terme toutes les consignes données pour maintenir mon nouveau sourire
Je recommande sincèrement dentakay tout le monde est au petits soins pour vous et bienveillants ..biensur un peu d attente quelque décalage de rendez vous d'une heure ou deux mais sur une même journée et l'hôtel étant a 200m ce n' est pas un soucis ..

I had a very disappointing experience with Dentakay clinic in Istanbul.

I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp regarding a full dental rehabilitation treatment for my father. I sent them the X-ray, and the clinic provided me with a treatment plan. Before scheduling the visit, I specifically asked them to inform me of all possible maximum costs in advance, both in the best-case scenario and in the worst-case scenario. They provided the costs as requested, and based on this information, I decided to schedule the visit for 27.04.2026.

I also paid 100 EUR to reserve the appointment. I was told that this amount would be refunded if we decided not to proceed with the treatment.

We arrived at the clinic on the scheduled date. An X-ray was taken, and afterwards my father was examined by a doctor. After the consultation, we waited for about one hour, and then we were taken by a consultant to discuss the treatment plan.

To our surprise, the treatment plan presented at the clinic was completely different from the one initially provided via WhatsApp, and the price was almost double. I asked for further explanations. The consultant left us in the office for approximately two hours. When he returned, he presented another treatment plan, but this also had a much higher cost than the one initially communicated.

I did not agree to proceed because, before travelling to Istanbul, I had clearly requested all possible cost scenarios, and the clinic had already provided them. However, once we were there, both the treatment plan and the price were significantly changed.

We left the clinic, and on 28.04.2026 I requested the refund of the 100 EUR reservation fee. Since then, I have only received delayed replies and repeated explanations. At first, I was told that the refund request had been submitted and that the process would take time due to the 1st of May public holiday and the weekend. Later, I was told that because we had already visited the clinic, the refund required coordination between the clinic and the finance department. After that, I was informed that the request had been sent to the finance team and that they were waiting for confirmation.

On 14.05.2026, I was told that the refund had been approved and that I should normally receive the money between 20 and 27 May. Today is 27.05.2026, and I still have not received any refund. The clinic is no longer responding to my emails or WhatsApp messages.

In my opinion, this was a very unpleasant experience. The treatment plan and costs communicated before travelling were not respected, and the promised refund for the reservation fee has still not been processed, despite several messages telling me that it was being processed or had already been approved.

I am writing this review so that other people are aware of my experience before deciding to travel to this clinic.

I had my teeth done at your clinic in 2023, and since then I have had to come back almost every year because teeth keep breaking. So far, nearly 8 teeth have broken, which is completely unacceptable.

I have several friends who had their teeth done at other clinics in Turkey, and none of them have experienced even a single broken tooth. Meanwhile, I constantly have problems and have to spend a lot of money traveling back to your clinic every time something breaks.

Honestly, it feels like the only thing you care about is getting good reviews after the treatment. Despite my bad experiences, I have always written positive reviews and even recommended several new customers to your clinic. Still, I continue to receive poor treatment and terrible service.

The only time I felt valued as a customer was before I paid. Now, even basic service like airport pickup is no longer offered.

I was promised a guarantee on my teeth, yet it still costs me money every time repairs are needed. This is extremely disappointing, and I truly feel let down by your clinic.

I was treated very well. My questions were answered and the treatments went better than I would have dared to expect.

From first meeting to the last , staff wer brilliant and so professional. Everything I was about to undertake was explained thoroughly. Staying close to clinic at the veyron hotel was a huge help also. 30 second walk after consultation made life so much easier. Overall delightful with the results.

Le suivie est tres tres mauvais . Je suit en attente de mon 2eme Billet d'avion ...
Aucun contact possible avec dentakey ...
Les 2 personnes qui gère mon dossier ce regette la faute et personne ne peut me donner de reponces ...
Du coup je suit en attente pour prendre le billet davion de mon accompagnateur ...
Mais en attendant les billet davion augmente ...

Je suit obliger de mettre un avis négatif malgré que je suit tres satisfait du travaille qui a ete fait pour linstant .
Je modifierais mon messages lorsque quelqun prendra enfin le temp de s'occuper de mon dossier et de mon deuxieme plan de traitement ...

I have just finished my treatment at Dentakay, which was completed by Dr Neslihan. It was an amazing experience throughout. All the staff are amazing. Dr Neslihan is so good - a dental genius! The whole experience from start to finish 100% deserves 5 stars out of 5 stars. I would definitely recommend Dentakay to any one who is having problems with their teeth, but also people who suffer with anxiety about the dentist. Because Dr Neslihan is just so reassuring when she is doing her work, and she really helps make you feel calm and in safe hands and the finished product looks amazing too!

Deuxième visite après 6 mois et tout s'est bien passé sur 3 jours. Seul bémol : plus de 4h d'attente entre les rendez-vous planifiés et la prise en charge, à cause de la livraison tardive de mes implants et couronnes par le prothésiste. Heureusement, mon hôtel était à 300 mètres, j'ai donc pu patienter là-bas. Au final, je suis satisfaite du résultat et je recommande cette clinique.

From the moment I stepped off my plane until I returned home, I was treated with great care and respect. For a company with so many clients they really know how to make you feel special. Additionally, their diagnosis, procedures, and aftercare were exceptional. Overall, a great experience.

Pour notre premier séjour nous avons été bien pris en charge par toute l équipe.
Nous avions un traducteur avec nous pour échange avec notre dentiste.
Un peu d attente lors des RDV mais une charmante dame nous proposait des boissons. Prise en charge à l aéroport comme prévu ainsi que pour le retour.
L hôtel était très bien, seule la nourriture le soir était plus que moyenne.
Nous sommes rentrés chez nous et l équipe d assistance nous a envoyé un message via WHATSAPP nous informant qu’en cas de problème on devait leur transmettre un message. C est ce que j ai fait car j avais une question mais pas de réponse…😏
Nous attendons le 2eme séjour pour envoyer un nouvel avis sur l ensemble des soins.
Nous avons apprécier nos échanges avec Llyan lorsque nous avions pris contact avec DENTAKAY au début ; c est quelqu un de très professionnel et qui fait tout pour répondre au mieux à nos interrogations.

Surtout la super gentille traduction qui est d’origine de Madagascar dont malheureusement je n’ai pas retenu sont nom
Qui m’a accompagné à l’hôpital et est resté avec moi jusqu’à l’opération !

Moi je suis arrivé chez dantakay avec toute les dents déjà extraite en Belgique,
Et je suis allé pour mettre des implants pour prothèses fix , haut et bas
Mon cas était vraiment particulier !!!
Il ne m’ont pas mis les implants à la clinique ,
Mais et du passé part une opération sous anesthésie générale.
Pas prévu du tout, mais tout à été fait super rapidement
Encore un grand merci aussi au chirurgien de la clinique dantakay qui m’a opéré

Je suis très satisfait de l’ensemble des soins

Très bonne expérience avec cette Clinique au niveau des couronnes. J’y retourne fin de ce mois pour deux implants. La Clinique est propre le personnel aimable et gentil. La planification des soins est très bien organisée . La communication avec les référentes sont très bonnes. Le petit hic contrairement à d’autres Clinique lorsqu’on revient pour finir un soin. Nous devons à nouveau payer les frais d’hôtel d’avion et nous n’avons plus droit à la navette . Il me semble que lorsque l’on revient pour refaire un travail, cela devrait être pris en charge en partie et avoir le service de navette car parfois c’est pris en charge. D’autres fois ce ne l’est pas..

Both my lower teeth are loose.right side very loose. I live in the USA so they want me to pay my airline ticket back to fix. They have a partner in Mexico much closer. Can't get a hold. I don't not recommend this place ! I payed 1000$ more than quoted. Now I have to spend more money to fix there mess.
