Denra - over promised under delivered
Dennis and Shaun over promised and under delivered on all parts of the job - on time / quality / expertise. 2 x prefab extensions in Almere that they advertise as wind and water tight in a day were anything but. Staff infighting and leaving, Huge delays - 12months +, water damage and needed to have a building inspection and lawyer involvement just to have them come back to repair the work. Even then they debated the seriousness of the problems, or tried to suggest there were no issues. For example, trying to ‘prove’ no moisture in new bathroom with a moisture reader not suitable to check (Shaun holding a 2 pronged drywall moisture reader - that should be inserted into the material - against tiles) One of many of these frustrating moments where they’ll do anything but accept responsibility and correct the work they were paid for. The work was eventually corrected but it was like pulling teeth the whole time and cost at nearly 10k in legal fees, inspections etc. Very stressful expensive mistake choosing Denra. wish I had of asked to see their business liability insurance and withhold at least 10% of the final balance until having had an inspection on the final work.
