As a new customer, I was very impressed with the quick response to my issue. The engineer arrived on the same day and stayed to carry out the repair and a much needed service to my central heating. I would highly recommend using Denner Heating and will be using them again in the future.

Jake was extremely professional from start to finish and took the time to explain the faults in a way that even someone with no knowledge of heating systems could understand. He offered genuinely valuable advice and made sure everything was working exactly as it should before leaving. We’re really glad to have found a local heating and plumbing company that clearly takes pride in their work. Highly recommended.

First class advice and service. We had a failed boiler which wasn't worth repairing, not only were we given great advice on the replacement but offered different pricing options.
The boiler was expertly fitted the next day ensuring we weren't left without hot water and heating.

Not all heroes wear capes, some wear Denner Heating and Plumbing workwear! Rang the office on Monday morning after my old Worcester boiler breaking down on Sunday evening. The guy on the other side of the phone was extremely helpful and professional, he booked me in for Tuesday afternoon. The team turned up when they said they would and I even received a message to let me know they were on the way. The lads managed to get the boiler back up and running. I know it won’t be long until the boiler stops working altogether because of its age, so asked the lads to get Jake to get in touch to give me a quote. I also want my bathroom remodelled so have asked for them to get him to provide advice and a quote for this too. By far the most informative and helpful visit I’ve had from any heating engineers, the boss should be extremely proud of his amazing staff.

We couldn't fault this company one bit. We had tried a few plumbing and heating companies before Denner. Some just didn't want to return calls; some charged for call-outs, which we paid for, and not one solved the issue or wanted to take on the job after the call out charge. After the first call back from Denner Heating & Plumbing, we were booked in and the job was completed. We were so pleased to have them do our work. Thank you.

Knowledgeable, slick and customer engaging. My boiler is old so benefitted from Jason's experience and allowed trainee Lewis to get direct experience of an old style boiler. Jason also explored an additioanal issue and advised accordingly. Evidently a good working relationship between the two men.

From start to finish these guys keep you informed. Job was done when scheduled and to high standards and cleanliness. Polite employee who took care in his work. Have used these guys before and are my go to firm. Would thoroughly recommend 👌.

Had a new boiler installed including conversion from open vented CH and gravity fed HW to sealed system with combo boiler.
Jake and the team are professional and extremely helpful/polite from start to finish. The install engineers are a credit to the company.

Our back boiler wouldn't start so i contacted Jake at Denners.
Jake had one of his engineers out that day to look at it and sorted it out straight away.
We have been thinking of replacing the back boiler so jake came around the next day to do a quick survey and within hours he gave us a quote

Excellent service installing new oil boiler and pipework for my elderly aunt. They also flushed out the existing radiators and put new valves on them. They were efficient, friendly and tidy. Highly recommend them as they also kept me informed of progress and dealt with issues in dealing with a heating system that hadn’t been touched for decades! Thanks Jake, Jason and Lewis.

Had our central heating system converted from solid fuel to calor gas the guys were great they worked non stop brilliant.had the whole job done in three days.

Very prompt and efficient service. Engineers were very helpful and knowledgeable. Job was more difficult than expected but they sorted everything no problem. They cleared up and left everything as it should be.

From contact to job (Boiler Service) completion, everything was seamless and professional. I was talked through all stages of the service. The only downside was the price. It is high in comparison to other providers.
