I like it so far
I'm very new at this whole "curly girl method" and trying to wear my naturally 2a/2b hair wavy but I have found the Denman brush easy to use. I hate scrunching my hair into tangles so I love using this brush!

Заказывала с британской версии сайта (у них есть доставка в РФ). Есть код на скидку 10% на первый заказ. Заказ отгрузили на следующий день. Доставка с треком осуществлялась Royal Mail/Почтой РФ. Через 7 дней посылка была уже в моем почтовом отделении. На сайте можно оплатить
через Paypal (для меня это всегда большой плюс). В целом, у меня проблем не возникло, товар пришел в целости и сохранности, довольно быстро.

Many thanks for getting in touch to share your experience. I am sorry to hear that you incorrectly charged import taxes by Portugal Post - no customs fees were due.
The NI Protocol means that Northern Ireland, where your parcel was shipped from, is still part of the European Customs Union and therefore you should not have been charged any customs fees.
We would encourage you to make a complaint with the Portugal Post and would advise all other customers who reside within the EU not to pay customs charges.

We take great care to open and honest with customers about how long delivery will take and clearly explain that orders shipping outside of Europe usually take more than 25 business days. ITEM NOT RECEIVED
I paid more for shipping than for the actual brush and it still hasn't arrived. And on top of that I receive email reminders to review a brush I haven't received! Collaborate with a service that has a tracking system if you want to charge so much money for shipping.

Fantastic brush
I have used Denman brushes for years. I bought one for my grand-daughter, who didn't like her long hair being brushed as it pulled, and she loved it, and has used it ever since.

I contacted customer service via the help facility about a faulty D6 shampoo/shower brush - the strap kept coming off on one side. They sent me a new one which does not have this problem.
