Very proactive service
First Demonunited informed me by e-mail, when the article I wanted was on stock. Good service.
I ordered and paid the article including an, I thought, optional chest plate. Demonunited however informed me that the chest plate was included in the article and credited on their own the ordered chest plate. That’s a very proactive customer service.

They were quick in responding to queries and trying to resolve issues. Delivery met expectations and a refund was given when DPD incorrectly charged VAT and duty on the good, despite the cost being below £135.

I bought the Demon Demon Flex Force X2 D3O Top + Demon Demon X Connect D3O Short. Perfect fit and is very light. I feel safer now.
This was also the fastest international delivery I have ever experienced :)

You can seen the shipping costs to Switzerland before you pay your order.
Regarding the import duties, complain at your goverment that they dont want to come into the EU:)
I know it's a pain for Swiss customers, but we cant help that
Please dont forget you dont have to pay VAT when ordering at our shop, so this saves you €20.
