My order arrived in perfect condition, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The sizing was accurate, which is always a big plus when ordering online. Katastrophe!!! Der Kundenservice kann genau soviel wie der Pickel auf meiner Stirn. Die Qualität ist eine Katastrophe und für den Preis eine Frechheit! Die Probleme werden ignoriert obwohl auf der Webseite steht, dass man das Geld zurückkriegt wenn etwas nicht passen sollte. Die Lieferzeiten stimmen auch nicht. Habe vor 2 Monate bestellt, die Ware kommt einzeln an und einige Produkte wurden noch nicht verschickt. Erst beim Nachfragen wurde mir gesagt, dass die Produkte ausverkauft sind. Mit dem Geld buche ich mir das nächste Mal einen Flug nach Istanbul und hole mir da die Ware günstiger und besser und trinke sogar einen Cay am Bosphorus. Ade merci.

Ich habe im September 2025 eine Tasche bestellt und eine katastrophale Qualität erhalten. Monatelang mit einem Mitarbeiter geschrieben, mir wurde versichert im Dezember 2025 erhalte ich mein Geld zurück! Im Januar wieder danach gefragt, weil natürlich nichts erhalten. Ein neuer Mitarbeiter meinte der alte Mitarbeiter sei nicht mehr da und er weiss von nix. Ganzes problem nochmals erklärt, nach Wochen meinte er, er könnte da nichts machen ich habe pech gehabt! Er biete mir einen Rabatt an von 40%😂 das lustige an diesen Rabatt ist, das es jetzt sowiso 40% Rabatt gibt. Ichwürde wuch nicht empfehlen dort zu bestellen maximaler betrug! Und sehr unfreundlichicger Kontakt der neue dichtig unverschämt. Ich habe noch den ganzen verlauf von der Kommunikation von September.2025 bis letzte Woche. Ich werde das jetzt mal meinen Rechtsanwalt fragen was ich machen kann.
