I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of trying to buy a bedroom set, I feel it's important to share my experience.

Initially, communication was good. We were promised catalogues, updates and assistance with purchasing the bedroom we wanted. Unfortunately, after that, the communication completely stopped. Despite several follow-ups by both myself and my husband, our messages and questions were simply ignored.

All we wanted was to buy a bedroom set and have a few straightforward questions answered, such as whether the matching bedside tables were available and how to proceed with ordering the bed frame. Instead, we were met with silence.

What makes this even more concerning is that when we contacted the Italian manufacturer that was claimed to be the supplier, they told us they do not have an authorised dealers in the UK. That raised serious questions for us and made the whole process feel very unclear.

To this day, we have no idea why we were ignored. If the business didn't want to take our order, a simple "sorry, we can't help" would have been far more professional than repeatedly promising to get back to us and then disappearing.

The entire experience has left us feeling that our custom simply wasn't wanted. Whether there was another reason for this treatment, we don't know, but the lack of honesty, professionalism and basic communication was extremely disappointing.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Went in for a certain style of Italian leather suite. Met dan who listened to me and found me a even better version of the item i wanted. What can I say the suite arrived and its outstanding. Comfortable and top top quality. Dan is a great listener his advice and honesty is second to none. Nothing was to much trouble. What a company, so many beautiful pieces of furniture with a service to match, nothing was too much trouble for Dan, couldn,t do enough for us. This is the first time I have used this company and will certainly be going back, so freshing to find a company who help you, not push you into buying furniture, I went for a coffee table and came out with a three piece, table lamp, display cabinet and of course the coffee table, all because I couldn’t resist this beautiful furniture. Great communication throughout the purchase and delivery, extra help with my order I requested, to delay my delivery due to my bedroom refurbishment completion date. De Luca interiors delivery team did a fantastic job installing my wardrobe and TV cabinet on a very hot day. They worked very hard. I am so happy with everything. Many thanks.
