I ordered the mini perla’s handbags and they are so cute! The delivery was quick, the packaging was really nice. I didn’t want to take the bag out the box or the tissue paper, it felt like I had just purchased a designer handbag for my girls.

I came home to the most stunning package today. Love supporting small businesses, the level of attention 🔥 slaps! Thank you, can’t wait to see what you come up with next. Already have my eye on some other bits, I’ve quietly sent them to my hubby, (then said oops wasn’t meant for you) 😆 secretly hoping he gets the hint.. Best bday present! To anyone and everyone wondering why I support small businesses…… THIS IS IT! Sunnie is honestly a pleasure to deal with. I was looking for something special for my husband on our wedding reception, namely a bespoke bow tie and slightly oversized. She sourced the fabric and gave me a ready date. She kept me updated from start to finish at every stage. Even when she was ill and losing her voice she kept in touch. I salute this lovely lady. A true business woman who loves her crag and art and puts in her all. I cannot express how surprised my husband was during wedding week when it arrived home on the date she said it would, the packaging and the surprise velvety mustard scrunchie thrown in for me was everything. I could have cried. She went above and beyond for me and the quality is 10x better than anything I’ve ever seen on a shop floor for a bow tie. I can’t wait to share the pictures and also order more from this wonderful shop. So happy i discovered this SMALL BUSINESS. I was shopping in John Lewis and saw Delilah's Dressing Room as a pop up. Sunnie the owner is just delightful and her products are just amazing. I purchased a handbag and some hairbands and scrunchies and have to say the quality is amazing. I will definitely be returning and please come back into John Lewis they need to keep this brand in store it's wonderful.

I asked if it was possible to pick up the item on a Saturday. They were not open at the weekend but offered to get someone to open up for me to collect. Exceptional customer service to offer. I wish you all the best with your business
