DR ARRENI is literally the best!!!!
Shes not only insanely skilled with a needle but also hilarious and down-to-earth and puts me at ease everytime I’ve had treatment. Always takes time to talk through the procedure, honest advice and that’s something so important for not just myself but anyone who’s having treatment. Everytime I leave the clinic, I left feeling like I’d just caught up with a really good friend. Highly recommend if you want the best experience. You’re in safe hands!

Define are simply the best in the business.
Finding the right clinic can be a minefield.

I've now used define three times and will continue to do so.
I'm always treated with respect and my treatments are clearly explained.

Ashleigh carried out my last consultation and treatment and I'm stunned with the results.

I went to Define and was told to have filler dissolved. I agreed to this and the filler was dissolved aggressively with cannula with no help from ultrasound to pinpoint where it was. I have been left with a hanging ridge under one eye where my tissue has been damaged. Now looking at a lower bleph. Thank you Define!
I would urge anyone considering dissolving to go somewhere where they dissolve carefully and gently, pinpointing areas with guidance from ultrasound.

I’d been searching for a truly professional Ukrainian- or Russian-speaking expert in London for ages - it’s so important for me to be able to communicate in my native language when it comes to personal care. That’s how I found Dr Elina Kovalenko (thanks, ChatGPT!) - and I’m so glad I did. She’s warm, highly professional, and explained everything clearly and thoughtfully. No pressure, no unnecessary treatments - just honest advice and a personalised plan that made complete sense.

The clinic itself is lovely, and I felt in safe hands from the moment I walked in. Special thanks to Georgia - she was incredibly efficient and kind, and helped organise my consultation quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend!

Dr Teuta Berisha is amazing! I was apprehensive on having the treatments for the first time, Teuta advised me so well and explained the whole process so clearly. There is no pressure to undergo any treatments and am so glad I went ahead with mine with Define clinic. The whole process end to end is so professional and Tueta straightaway puts you at ease. Dr Teuta Berisha Is amazing. I have been a regular customer for a few years now, and she is great at advising on and performing very natural ‘tweakments’. My skins is looking great, and I love that she will never recommend anything not required or potentially not suitable for face shape/skin type.

I felt so nervous before hand, but I had no need to.
Rosie totally put me at ease, I’ve always been very “filler” adverse, I had a Botox previously and wanted a fuller lip, top specifically.
Rosie took her time, on what to expect, results etc.
Honestly I hardly noticed the Botox (I’m a very nervous person with needles)
And the filler was surprisingly quick and non invasive, it was more the pre worry than the actual procedure.
I totally trust Rosie 100 percent, and am looking forward to any future procedures needed. Thank you Rosie for giving me a new found confidence.

My son and I had the MiraDry treatment last month and we are blown away by the results. After years of constant underarm sweating (hyperhydrosis), we no longer even need to apply deodorant. No sweat, no smell, it’s amazing! The ladies who completed the treatment were lovely, so caring and professional. I’d highly recommend Define clinic and the treatment. In fact, I already have - my friend is going along today for her MiraDry treatment!

Benji did my botox and lip fillers the first time and i had a lady do it the second time- cant remember her name.

I have had my treatments done at a range of clinics- high end to low/medium end and the thing which differs is obviously the price but also patient journey.

Benji was very professional- i did not feel even a scratch. The lips were done well- although i must say that it needed slightly more at the ends of the bottom lip but to be fair to him he was following my insructions to a tee! Always difficult for a patient to be able to tell due to the swelling. I suppose that is what 2 week fup is for.

Prices are high although not the most inflated i have seen so id say in line with high end prices. That is the only reason it lost a start on economical value- sorry

Most importantly, Benji did not upsell or even try to. There is enough marketting material around te clinic which makes it easy for anyone with any interest to look into it further without feeling awkward to say no.

I have been seeing Jude for quite a while now and have to say she is amazing. She listens and understands and knows exactly what I need, she is thorough, a perfectionist, and always feel comfortable and confident in her recommendations.
I always leave the clinic feeling amazing and don't mind looking in the mirror now.
