I had a very poor experience with this company. They made an error on my original deed poll and confirmed twice that corrected versions had been dispatched, yet nothing ever arrived on either occasion. I was told the original documents were void, so I discarded them.

Despite this, they then insisted they would only refund me once they received the original incorrect deed poll back, even though I no longer had it because they told me it was void. I’ve been left with no valid documents, no corrected documents, and no refund, all due to their own mistake and contradictory instructions.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I mistakenly placed an order through deedpolls-online.co.uk after confusing it with the genuine UK Deed Poll Service. This website slightly alters its domain name to appear legitimate and then fails to deliver what you pay for.

I ordered my deed poll in early September and never received any documents, despite multiple emails promising redrafts and replacements. More than seven weeks have passed and nothing has ever arrived. They continued to make excuses and ignored requests for a refund.

This company copies the branding and tone of the genuine site to trick customers. Please check the domain carefully before ordering any deed poll. The correct and legitimate service is deedpollsonline.co.uk (without the extra “s” and hyphen).

Do not recommend, I ordered and paid for fast delivery as I had an on going passport application I needed it for, was told it would be posted in 1 to 2 days, had to order one elsewhere & requested a refund & they didn't get back to me for over 4 weeks & have been telling me for over 2 weeks they've given me a refund, had to open a dispute with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I now wished I had read these reviews before I ordered. I placed order on 14th February and still nothing received. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

The customer service is non existent. They claim has been posted but no tracking or even confirmation of dispatch. Managed to get them to sent out again just in case it had been lost even though all other post has no issue getting to me so they have clearly not sent out and just taken my money instead

Worst Company I have ever had to deal with.Ordered documents on 10th and paid plus first class tracked delivery and we are 24th and nothing has arrived despite several emails and promises. This company is scammers just taking people money and not delivering

Despite glowing reviews on their website via Reviews.io, this outfit does not deliver what you expect.

My deed polls came with the wrong home address printed in them. I was blamed for entering the wrong address in the ordering process (hardly likely, as the address has to be entered manually and it is shown before order can be confirmed); alternatively, the auto-filling in by using my payment card filled in the wrong address (impossible, because otherwise my payment card would not have worked).

Getting revised deed polls sent to me, or giving me a full refund, is impossible. I get contradictory emails from customer support, sometimes on the same day, telling me (1) to re-order - and thus pay again - and then get an unspecified refund from them, or (2) give them the correct address and they'll send me new ones (these never came).

There is no hope of getting any consistent or helpful response. Replies (only by email) are in standardised wording. This has been dragging on for 2 months.

Deed not received although I was told it had been sent. Did not give me Royal Mail tracking number when I asked for this. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and was able to get my money back. Reviews on their own website all show wonderful service! Trust Pilot gives a truer picture. Do not use.

I regret not reading the reviews on this site before making my purchase. Unfortunately, this company is nothing but a scam. I paid for their deed poll services, only to receive absolutely nothing in return. After looking further into it, I discovered that my experience aligns with the majority of the feedback here. Don’t make the same mistake I did—avoid this company at all costs.

Only gave 1 star if I could I'd of given 0 stars I ordered 1 over 4 weeks ago and still no document SCAM do not use this site avoid at all cost very unhappy customer will never use again and not received a refund either when was promised

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews here. I used this company out of all the other deed poll online companies twice- in 2021 and in 2024 and was absolutely delighted with the service from the response to my questions and the prompt and accurate and very professional certificates. They are far more professional than a solicitor's office I went to in 1998 and I would recommend this online service to anyone.

I paid £35.98 for an adult deed poll (£18.99), extra 10 copies (£15.00) and first-class delivery (£1.99). I did not receive anything. When I contacted them (you can only reach them through email), they requested for the last 4 digits of my card number and my ‘full delivery address’ which I had filled in the application form earlier on.
I became suspicious at this stage and had to check reviews about them. I also checked Companies House for information about them. There wasn’t any information about ‘Deed Polls Online’. Rather, there was another company registered as ‘Deed Polls Service Limited’. The same address. They had been dissolved since 10 May 2022. And now they registered on 1 May 2024 as ‘UNENROLLED DEED POLLS LIMITED’. The same address, the same logo.
I did not get my refund and, of course, I had to reapply through another verified company.
It’s a bit worrisome that a dissolved company can still remain online, duping innocent citizens of their money. How many more people will still fall victim to this fraudulent company and when will they be stopped?

Complete scam. I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Bought a deedpoll, copies and cover letter on the 6/11 costing £54 in total. Had a dispatch email and text the next day 7/11. Its now 15/11 and had nothing. I understand now why they don't take PayPal....because we'd all be putting in claims! PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY they will take your money and send you nothing!

I was a bit unsure as the reviews were bad but didn’t see them until after I had purchased, I did receive my deed poll but I did have to email and ask on there whereabouts as did not receive them they responded quickly a re sent my order

Scam. Paid over £50 - didn't receive my documents and haven't been sent a refund. They initially responded when I followed up after I hadn't received anything after a week, but then haven't responded since (over 2 months ago). Still haven't received my documents or a refund.
Avoid at all costs (and you write your deedpoll yourself for free!).

Absolute joke, do not use under any circumstances!!!! I ordered from them over a week ago and after sending numerous emails have received no reply and no deed polls😡 I am now out of pocket by £53.00

IT'S A SCAM! I ordered a deed poll over a month ago but have not received it, despite several enquiries. They keep asking me to send the last 4 digits of my bank card and address but then they still do nothing. I have asked for my money back and not received it. Small Claims Court here we come.
