Brilliant Company!!
I rang up on the Thursday, to apply for a copy of my Change of Name Deed Poll, which I completed over 23 years ago.
I completed the online application on the Thursday and received my two copies, two days later on the Saturday.
Absolutely exemplary service, with the addition of speaking to an extremely friendly and helpful Agent.
I have had occasion, in the past 20 years or so to have recommended this company to at least two people, who were also impressed with the speed of the service.
This company is brilliant, and deserves a mark of 100/100.

I can see that as requested, you emailed us today informing us you have yet to receive your documents. We will be arranging for a free-of-charge replacement to leave our office tomorrow.
Once again we are sorry to hear Royal Mail were not able to deliver to you despite two weeks having passed since we despatched your documents using 1st class mail. We appreciate your patience in allowing two weeks to pass to see if Royal Mail were simply running behind schedule.

I was applying for a replacement deed…
I was applying for a replacement deed poll and found the application process to be confusing. The wording is set to make you make mistakes, I used another service and found it much more straight forward and much cheaper. I payed £36 (including postage) for a replacement compared to the £57 i was charged using this service.
The site stated postage would take 4 days, when infact it took 10+
When I called the customer service to express my dissapointment I was met with rudeness. Would highly recommend to use other services for replacement deed poll certificates. Infact just avoid all together.

We're sorry to hear you couldn't figure out how to submit a replacement application using the instructions provided. This is not an issue for most people, nor is the wording "set [sic] to make you make mistakes." You could have always phoned our helpline whilst filling the form out and asked for clarification instead of persisting despite you being confused.
We do not state the document will be with you in four days - we state that we will despatch the document within four working days, not calendar days. Quicker services, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Before 9am are available.
