Very easy and straightforward service. However I did expect the deed poll document to look more formal, and on heavier paper, and far more professional. Currently it looks like I could have made the document myself on basic paper on my home printer. When you show the document to some banks they look at it suspiciously although carrying the sticker of originality.

Odpowiedź od Deed Poll Direct

Dear Miss Louise,

Thank you for your feedback.

Please note that we use the commonly used standard printing paper.

Most importantly, please note that Deed Poll is a legal document, and type of paper has no effect whatsoever on the acceptance of any legal document including Deed Poll.

If we start using fancy paper, then we will have to increase our prices. We think it is unfair to make our clients pay more for something they do not need.

Thank you again for your comments and best of luck.

Regards,

Deed Poll Direct
