Easy company to work with!

My curtains were easy to order and came promptly. They are exactly what I need. And, my pre-order call to customer service to verify the color I ordered earlier this year was professional and answered all my questions.

I still don't have the curtains

I still don't have the curtains. They were shipped out on 10/26 from Lubbock, TX which is 2 hours south of Amarillo where I live. They went to Fresno, CA then to Litchfield Park AZ as of 10/27 at 3:10 AM which USPS says they are awaiting the item. As of 11/3 12:58PM USPS says they are awaiting the package.

Wrong product

Wrong size wanted and not blackout....I taped on 52x63. .but when I ordered it came up wrong....I tried it last night and it did it again

Curtains are really nice the fabric and…

Curtains are really nice the fabric and the design however there is a strong chemical smell on them, put them on my daughters room and the room smelled so bad that I have my daughter sleep in a different room. I will be washing them hopefully the smell will go, otherwise it will be a waste of money.

I have not received a label for return…

I have not received a label for return and it is 10/07/2023. There was nothing in my new or other email. I have received other emails from Deconovo. I finally received the email with label tonight

Nice feel and touch fabric

The fabric material seem very nice to feel. I need to iron them though to make it look nicer. I still need to review the other curtains I bought from deconovo. All nice thus far.
