Do not go near this company the give the impression there in the Uk they are definitely NOT , they are in Hong Kong I specifically ordered a portable air-conditioning unit at the pric of £278 .
At the beginning of June 2026 shipped in 3 days after numerous emails asking where it was I had numerous emails of excuses you would not believe eventually it arrived July 26 and guess what? It wasn’t an air-conditioner unit. It was a fan with a water box at the bottom and 2 ice blocks to put in the freezer, which you can buy on Amazon for £90 Absolute rip off stay well clear

I bought a Portable Air Conditioner Quiet Compact Bladeless Cooling × 1 it does not work. Sent at least 4 emails no one responded. £112.98 down the drain.
It's a scam company. Don't use

Do NOT order clothing from this company. My husband ordered a “Puffer Jacket” from this company for $102.00 and what he received was absolutely nothing like the pictured product. It was very misleading and reaching out to return it has been met with dead ends for both my husband and myself. We have yet to hear back from them and it may be because all of our emails have come back as unable to send due to the fact the email address is invalid.

Wrong item delivered. Emails requesting a refund bounced back to me.

no customer service responses. I received a defective "heated" vest. (it was not heated although advertised as such. ). I bought a battery. the vest did not heat and the wires were "messed up" inside. only half of the vest has heating wires. it is defective. I got taken. I can not contact anyone and no one has contacted me after a number of times i tried to reach out. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The delivery arrived safely and undamaged but the tracking is confusing. Should do better.
