Paid $2 for the "7 Day Access", which, if you read the fine print, is actually a subscription which bumps up to $39.99 USD p/month after the first seven days. Absolutely disgusting and predatory business practice. Intentionally misleads customers into thinking they are paying $2 for 7 day access in order to scam them for $39.99. Will be disputing this charge with my bank, and if not refunded will raise this with the ACCC for predatory business practice.

I used it to refresh an old presentation that looked dated. The new version had cleaner typography, better spacing, and more interesting slide layouts. It kept the original message but made the whole deck easier to follow. A few sections became too brief during the redesign, so I restored some details manually. The export worked well, and every important element remained editable.

Terrible, as a school teacher I signed up for the 7 day access to trial this. I noticed a charge taken out as an auto renewal. I cancelled immediately, did not use the software and tried to obtain a refund. The chat bots are evidently AI and completely useless. I have seen many people fall victim to this scam and am appalled by the purchase for 7 days on top of an auto renewal. STAY AWAY AND AVOID. I had planned to recommend the site to fellow teachers, however I have now warned them to stay clear. Absolute joke I paid £39.99 for nothing and cancelled the subscription. a few hours after payment taken yet complete refusal to refund me.

Purchased 7 days access and it became a auto subscription without noticing. It completely unacceptable. They even charge me before the 7 days access expired. I purchased on July 19, and they renew my plan and charge me on July 25nwhich is 1 day earlier.
No refund no exception that is what their customers service said. It's completely a scam!
I also not happy about the result of PPT it creates, so I used only one time then stop using it even I have 7 days of PAID trial.
Stay way.

Please avoid using Decksy. Their so called 7 day access is actually a subscription. They will charge you and wont do a refund. Their customer services are bots and wont entertain your inquiries.

I am new to AI PowerPoint and needed a lot of assistance. I pressed "Need Help" and a rep, Daniel, jumped in to help me. He was patient and took a great deal of time with me even though it was in the wee hours of morning. It is the personal touch that matters!

Design really isnt my thing , so making presentations normally drives me nuts. With Decksy, I could focus on the actual content and leave the visual stuff to the platform. It picked clean layouts, spaced the text well, and added graphics that were actually useful. I uploaded our branding, tweaked 2 colors , and the deck looked pretty close to our usual company style. The whole process was easy! I spent more time rehearsing, not fixing annoying alignment issues.

The deck is generic and long. I needed an enhancement of my own deck and the outcome was 100% disappointing

Useful tool for creating a strong first draft. The program organized my notes and produced clean slides quickly. I had to trim some text and replace one visual, but editing the PowerPoint file was easy.

Didn't like the limits on number of slides that can be produced.

never received an email of receipt, and signed up on my laptop. at checkout, there was no cleary visible indication that it would renew for a subscription, if there was, it was in a font or colour or tiny font size that can not be easily seen, which violates Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act. then charged me 50 dollars, still no conformation email received. When I tired to email and reach out, I got a copy and pasted email as response.

ho effettuato la sottoscrizione di 2 euro per una settimana e il giorno stesso, cosi' chiedeva la piattaforma, ho disdetto l'abbonamento per evitare il rinnovo automatico.
la procedura e' all'interno dell'opzione Subscription e chiede la conferma 3 volte prima di annullare l'abbonamento.
dopo una settimana si attiva automaticamente il rinnovo mensile a 39,99 euro..rientro nell'applicazione e annullo DI NUOVO l'abbonamento.
mi metto in contatto con il sistema di supporto cliente e mi dicono che non vedono l'annullamento e mi chiedono le prove.
ovviamente non ho effettuato tutti gli screenshot del primo annullamento, ma loro sono sicuramente in grado di vedere che io ho usato l'applicazione SOLTANTO il giorno in cui ho sottoscritto e contestualmente annullato.
qui non do neanche un valore all'applicazione, ma alla disonesta' nella gestione.

bad service, low-level slides => it's not worth any money you pay for it.

they took payment without any notice and will not refund BEWARE complete vagabonds
