When i checked online in their app, it showed that this product (a runnung lightweight trouser)is available in their Indiranagar outlet. But when i visited the same day they are telling it might be a software glitch and that product is stock out for the last 2 months.

Their online ordering system is pathetic. I placed an order online with promised delivery within two days. However, I waited for four days, and after four days, when I checked with their customer service executive, I was told I have to wait for another three days, which means one week in total against the promised delivery within two days.

Another issue is that they make contracts with courier companies which do not have people to deliver. Goods were received at the delivery station within one day, and for six days it has been remaining at the same station. They don't have anyone to deliver the product.

I bought this sports shoe from Decathlon recently. The shoe looks good and is comfortable for regular use. However, I noticed a quality issue with the lace holes. The eyelet (where the lace goes through) does not have a metal reinforcement, and it started wearing out very quickly.

Because of this, the lace hole seems weak and may tear or break easily with regular use. This is disappointing, especially since durability is important for sports shoes.

Overall, the comfort is fine, but the build quality around the lace area needs improvement. I hope this gets addressed in future designs.

We have purchased a BTWIN bike for our girl. She is 6 years old. The bike is really good. We were considering many companies and going through detailings before buying this bike. Previously, she was riding an 'R for Rabbit' bike for last 2 years, with which she participated in few marathons on the occassion of Republic and Independence Day. We take her daily in the morning for around 4 Kms ride. She needed an upgradation with wheel size at this age.
We have four little honest issues to point out to Decathlon.
Firstly, the seat in really very hard and rigid giving discomfort to the kids. It is not at all soft or comfortable. We have replaced the BTWIN's seat with her old bike's seat, which is really of good quality. So, the saddle definitely requires an upgradation.
Secondly, the back brake cable is frictioning with the crane and the color is getting off giving out a dark spot with inner metal. That feels a bit setback with the quality of such a good bike.
Thirdly, the chain is too much oily (a dry chain is better always) from the beginning, attracting lots of dust and also the chain cover is getting touched all the time with the chain making the cover black and dirty from the inner side. This needs to be rectified a bit so that the bike remains clean and maintains its international feel and look.
Fourthly, an adjustable seat post clamp with collar is preferable for children than a typical regular nut bolt.
This is our genuine feedback. Thanks and looking ahead for a good time with Decathlon with good vibes and good quality.

Yeah I learned with new sports cloths and enjoyed with decathlon. I enjoyed to play cricket with 0-3 yrs cricket bat and ball

I enjoyed exploring the store overall and my favourite sports playing here were Cricket,Basket ball,Table tennis

I enjoyed the cloths and the sports mainly the treeking kids

I feel like wow after using the product

Was trying out trekking shoes in Decathlon Coimbatore and the sales guy arrived to load a rack in front of me standing inches away. No concept of personal space. Asked him to move, he moved and came back to the spot in 5 seconds . Do they want a sale to happen or not?
The staff are mannerless . Tried getting others to sell me treking gear. They just pointed in some random direction or tried to tell others to show me stuff. Anyway went to woodland and got myself a good quality trek shoe with courteous sales guy showing all options
Decathlon should quit having part time college going kids as sales people or train them well. They have created the awe factor in their stores with mediocre products ( not easy to do) but the sales people ruin the experience

I live in Europe, and I shopped in decathlon india, it's not same. Even policies are different. On the name of clearance they are making products non returnable. There's no convenience of online shopping where you order small and medium size Jacket to check your fit and after delivery you come to know that the product cannot be returned, A jacket worth 3000 rs. I would recommend people to avoid decathlon as a brand in India. There quality gets poor here and customer service is pathetic, they don't even want to listen to customer. In my case I ordered two jackets one with S and M , I wanted to return S because and keep M size., customer care executive told me you need to keep both because the product is non returnable. In europe there's standard 14 days return on all online orders whatever you buy except for hygiene related products but in India they are just playing around with policies to loot indian customers. Boycott decathlon from india

Very bad experience i purchase a product from decathlon but it's a little short for me then I also purchased a bigger size of that product but till now my return have not done from your side....till now I call decathlon customer care for 4th time but didn't get resolve when I call them they told me that between 72 hours return delivery boy pick the product from me but till now product is laying but they didn't take any ownership i swear I will not buys any product which related with decathlon..I am very upset....very very very baad experience..
