DECATHLON Bulgaria страхотни продукти,но попаднеш ли в ситуация Customer Service-ът им се свежда до 0 - препредаване на информация,която така или иначе е достъпна и за клиента....А недай си Боже да попаднеш на Katrin K.,която се оказа и Team Leader на екипа...изпраща ти празни и-мейли и ти пуска 5лв,за да мълчиш. Абсолютно никаква асистенция и най-вече решение не беше предложено за ситуацията ми.Това били правомощията им. Благодаря!

Много голямо разнообразие, бързо обслужване и каси на самообслужване. Имат и доставка до врата. Препоръчвам

I love decathlon and it is one of my favorite shops. I just want to leave a bad review on the Padel courts at Decathlon Vitosha that once were great, now deeply disappointing.

I've loved playing padel there since the courts opened, but the quality has dropped dramatically and the price SKYROCKETED 400% with rental equipment no longer being included. Now there is trash on the court, sand and turf uneven.

To make things worse. I received an email asking for feedback after my last visit but the link was broken, so it wasn't even possible to share my experience and therefore I'm sharing my experience here.

I ordered a product at a promotional price, but my order was cancelled with the explanation that it was out of stock. Immediately afterwards, I checked the website and the product was available, but already at full price. This creates the impression of unfair treatment and a misleading practice. Very disappointing. I hope Decathlon will reconsider the way such orders are handled, because this behavior is not fair to customers.

два пъти опитвах да поръчва гребен тренажор.

- първ път оформих поръчка, тя е беше платена, след няколко дни получих емейл че имате технически проблеми със моят адрес.
предложили как да го корегира.
- направих новата поръчка с препоръчани промени със адрес. отново получих емейл за технически проблеми със адрес
- изпращах нов емейл със въпрос "защо има проблем втори път?". отговор - "ето адрес който не моят. на него само можем да изпратим". глупости... полвам Еконт регулярно и моят адрес не е някаква магия...

- в онлайн поръчка те са имат моят телефон, защо не могат да обадят и да уточнят? защо за елиминират поръчка след плащане и аз трябва да чака reimbursement?

много не професионално...

Изключително доволна съм от стоката им. Удобни локации на всякъде. Обслужването на ниво.

I placed and paid for a large delivery order, several days after the order was due it still hadn't arrived, I contacted Decathlon and they said they would "look into it". It appears Decathlons computer doesn't like our Bulgarian address and rather than contacting us or trying to fix anything decathlon eventually just cancelled the order and it took a long time for any refund to make it back to us. This left 2 of our children without birthday presents ordered well in advance (that should have taken 4 days to arrive) and us out of pocket for over 3 weeks, also losing 60 lev of bank fees without receiving anything.
Decathlons response was "we are within our rights to cancel the order" and "our computer doesn't tell us if there is a problem with an order so we cant fix it", not even an apology just "its nothing to do with me!" from everyone we spoke to.

I bought a ski helm. Unfortunatley, the lock on the back was broken. I immediatly submited my complain and requested return of the money. I was offered repair service, which I politley declined. 2 days later I got a call from DECHATLON telling me they repaired it and asking me to pick it up! UNBELIVABLE!!!! They said it is not a defect it hapend because tou have toghten it too much!!! It is a safety article you use during extreme sport, that cannot be the approach! I cannot relay on that article being on the slope, risking that the tightening mechanism will malfuction again! Worst customer service ever! Lack of any understanding or proper customer service related training! I will definetley go to the media and Customer Protection Commission.

The front pocket of the hoodie I bought from the store was off by 3.5 cm - was not centered on the front side. It looks weird when you put it on. Brand - DOMYOS, 45,90 BGN at the time of the purchase.

I also submitted a product review on decathlon.bg and they denied publishing it.

I don't recommend Decathlon Bulgaria because of the poor quality of the products and for not being transparent with customers - denied to publish my product review on their website with no explanation.

Terrible Padel court service.

The only Padel courts in Sofia are unfortunately on Decathlon.
The service is worst I have ever experience, double booking, reservation cancelation without any pre notice. Very rude behavior from the staff.

The pandemic situation forced me to shop online from the Decathlon website. I am a regular customer of the store, but so far I have only shopped from physical stores.
Satisfied with the service, there is a great variety of items and delivery was within 1 day. I now shop only online from the decathlon site. Don't worry, the company offers high quality service.

The services from the online shop are very bad. The site is almost fine, but ordering products it is unpredictable when they will be ready to get from the real shop. I'm waiting almost 1 month for couple products, all of them marked as existing in the real store, but in the real store they are not available.
