DCI LIES AND MANIPULATES
I have been extremely disappointed with DCI’s handling of our accounts and communication with our company. Unfortunately, we have experienced repeated inconsistencies and inaccurate statements regarding conversations and actions taken on our accounts.
DCI has been particularly ineffective at resolving debts. We were not informed that they apparently do not pursue amounts under $400, nor were we notified when this policy changed. As a result, we spent months waiting for several accounts to be resolved, only to later discover that collection efforts had never been initiated.
Additionally, DCI’s website allows customers to submit individual claims for each invoice. However, we were informed months later that submitting multiple claims for the same company is considered a “duplicate,” and that DCI will only pursue one invoice at a time. The issue is that the additional invoices were never actually pursued, despite our understanding that they had been submitted for collection.
Another concern is DCI’s communication regarding the length of time they pursue accounts. DCI contacts us frequently—often weekly—to request new accounts, yet we were never informed that they stop collection efforts after 60 days. This lack of transparency has resulted in significant delays and wasted time on our end.
Our attempts to resolve these concerns with Nick and Will have also been extremely frustrating. We have received conflicting information and, on multiple occasions, statements that we later found to be inaccurate. Their responses have not provided meaningful solutions or accountability for what happened with our accounts.
Overall, our experience with DCI has been extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, transparency, and follow-through has resulted in wasted time and effort for our company. Based on our experience, I would not recommend DCI to other businesses and would not use their services again.
