They don't deserve 1 star! Ordered Dec 7, 2022 and finally came Jan 13, 2023!! Totally not what I ordered! Wrong size as well. was to be a good % off for every item you order, well my order only got $7.25 discount. Tracking number came up as an invalid number, they would not tell you what shipping company was used. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

I ordered a medium sweater. It was tagged M. The pit to pit measured 22" and length 20". The cut was overly wide and very short. Not a sweater at all but a thin poly shirt. Not at all as pictured on the model. And they make you pay for return shipping. Tried to leave a review to warn others and there's no submit button once you've finished writing. Total Scam

Horrific quality, like a 1st grader sewed it with the wrong needle. Its like they stole these pics from a website, took a picture of it, cut out the shape of a shirt, and ironed the image on some very cheap, thin fabric.

Sewed in sequins? Nope. A picture of sequins taken with a low res camera. Gold looking thread? Nope, just a pink-brown copy.

This shirt only looks the same as the pictures when seen at 20 ft away.

Oh and texture? Nope. A copy of texture...literally lines on a flat shirt!

Dearonces is a scam. Get your money back and bankrupt their operation.

I ordered 3 shirts and none of them looked anything like what I ordered, do not order from this website!!!!! You will not get what you ordered!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes that looked so great in the pictures, and I received them 18 days later. The shoes arrived in a plastic bag with no box. They were crushed and cracked and very poorly made. I contacted Dearonces, and they said they would be happy to accept a return, but I would have to mail them back to China. I had already paid $10 for shipping, and shipping the shoes back to China would cost another $18. I tried offering the shoes to everyone I know but they are so ridiculous looking that I couldn't find anyone to take them. It's like they were just carved out of a piece of painted plastic. All the "details" are fake. Also, they are supposed to be a size 10, but they don't even fit my daughter who wears an 8. Don't buy from this company. You will regret it.

I ordered 2 shirts and the quality of the material was very poor. It was as though they had the cheapest material on the market and printed the image on it. The style of one shirt did not match the style of what I ordered. Also, the shipping time was well over 3 weeks. These products are shipped from China. The contact information to reach customer service makes it almost impossible to be able to contact anyone.
I wish I had read the reviews for this company before making a purchase, I could have saved myself the disappointment.

I ordered Christmas pajamas 2 days after Thanksgiving, as if now it is January 1st and still no pajamas, apparently they have been in the US since December 17th, I messaged them 3 times but they have not responded at all. I am.guessing this company is a scam

Ordered Christmas shirt & didn’t receive it till 12/24. Was barely like the picture. You can see the material was nothing like the picture. The picture had actual sewed in pleats & the shirt I got had darkened lines (like pretend pleats). It was a cheaper knock off from the picture!

Didn’t know it was going to take 3 weeks. I emailed the company (only way for contact) all they told me was that it was in transit. The whole time I was waiting I never knew where it was, but that it was coming from China & in transit somewhere! Misleading horrible company! Never order from here again! The pictures of their items all look gorgeous, but they’re not as advertised!

I ordered 2 shirts, neither one was what I ordered, and even though I used their size chart neither one fit. Ordered on Dec 10 and didn't receive until Dec 29. There is no customer phone number so you can't talk to anyone.

i ordered 3 shirts...and my husband ordered a sweater for me....all were too big ....i am usually a size 8-10....these shirts hung on me and also you cant refund and there is no customer svc....this is out of china....what the hell...so misleading.....never again :(

If I could leave no stars, that is what they would get. I ordered 2 shirts 12/1/22, I got an email 12/6/22 they had arrived at the shipping facility. I never got a tracking number, until I asked a week later. My package arrived 12/23/22. It had one shirt that was too small, and looked like a print of the picture, and not at all like what I ordered, also there was no receiptor packing slip. I then had to email them about how furious I was and the fact that the 2nd shirt apparently had not shipped. I asked for a refund. The next day I got an email saying the 2nd shirt had shipped. Now the return policy is 30 day from shipping date money back guarantee. How can you do 30 days if it takes almost 3 weeks for it to be delivered? This business is a scam. The items will not look like the photos or be the correct size.

The picture of the shirt I purchased does not look like what I received in the mail. The Christmas shirt had vertical pleat along the chest and it flared out at the bottom. The shirt I received had no pleats was boxy and the snow print on the shoulders, sleeves and wrists were unrecognizable. It looks like to company may have now changed their name to Noracora with the same shirt. No one would by what they sent me if the showed the real picture. They offered me 30% refund. I am going to contact my credit card company and see if I can dispute the full amount since the shirt is really trash can worthy.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with online in my entire life. I wanted to buy my wife three outfits for Christmas... she told me what she wanted and she told me that her friend said that this is a trusted site. I normally do my due diligence and check out reviews but since she said her friends swore by it I decided to trust them, what a mistake. after 14 days they told me four separate times they lied and said they shipped it even today they said they shipped it and it still shows it's sitting there not shipped I'm not going to get it for Christmas they had the audacity to tell you to be patient and wait they give you a tracking number four separate times in a 14 days and say that it's been shipped they said it was shipped after 5 days it was not they said it was shipped after seven days it was not they said it was shipped after 11 days it was not they said it was shipped after 14 days it was not they're despicable filthy dirty Liars do not buy from them

I ordered three lovely sweaters for my wife for Christmas. I received an e-mail on 12/12/22 from Dearonce indicating my order would go out within 2-3 business days. I inquired on status today (12/20/22) and was told it hadn't been shipped and would go out as usual within 2-3 business days. The person professed ignorance about the prior e-mail and said they were not authorized to read e-mails. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. Do not order anything from this company.

Just letting everyone know that this is obviously a site selling the same things you can purchase on the Wish app and if you order on the Wish app you will receive your items for sure and if you dont or want to return them they will give you wish credit right away or send it back to your bank or whatever. Wish is legit and items can take awhile to be delivered. These other sites like this one do not trust. Look on the Wish app and see the things they have and beware of other sites offering the same things with the same pictures and models.

Ordered 3 cute looking Christmas shirts. One delivered today. Very upset not the shirt I ordered bad quality and even though it had a snowman not the shirt on their website. Also sent message about it through their chat and have gotten no response from them. Sending email to them also. Would not recommend them at this time until all my order is received and they make my purchase right

I ordered what I thought were beautiful blouses for a couple of my friends birthdays in Nov. So that's why I order the 10th. of October. I liked the blouses so much I made the mistake of ordering more the 21st. thinking my other order was on the way cause supposed to have been shipped. ?? Some tops were for me as a early birthday gift to myself and a few for my daughter in law for Christmas. This company sure didn't waist anytime charging my Credit card company but Never sent me their products as of Nov. 19th. I think over a month was ample time to have received them even though I had to go shopping at Beall's for the two Birthdays. So much from purchasing from these FRAUDS. They need to remove their Fake website for sure. I will turn them into the Better Business Bureau. Please people, stay away from these If you received your orders, you were the fortunate ones. I will Never fall for Dearonces again.

I read all these reviews AFTER ordering! I was not happy with my order..After communicating with them from my order online, which they answered immediately, and mailed the clothes back somewhere in California, I got a refund within 2 days..I was surprised but also told them I would write a good review, which I am doing...I don't lie. The clothes did not fit my granddaughter and did not look likes the website, altho, the second package from another warehouse in California was of way better quality and almost looked similar...I guess it's a chance you take, but the company was totally fair with me...thx, Diane
