Ali has been 1st class service to us since we brought our s60 Volvo of in august a few little problems with car but it’s been sorted out straight away keep up the good work

I bought my KIA Sportage and the service from Ali was 100%. I had the engine light come on. I rang the garage and they booked me for work to be done. The professionalism offered by Ali was by no means exceptional

Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I bought this vehicle shortly after having a baby because I wanted something safe, reliable and suitable for my family. Instead, what followed has been nearly a year of stress, repeated faults, financial pressure and a car that has spent huge amounts of time sitting unusable on my drive.

Within months of ownership the vehicle began suffering multiple issues, including immobiliser/start faults and ongoing problems which resulted in the car being returned to the dealership several times. One issue with the boot latch was present from the very day I collected the vehicle and still continued intermittently afterwards despite attempted repairs.

As matters progressed, an independent inspection later identified significant water ingress, dampness and mould within the vehicle, along with defects considered likely to have already been developing at the point of sale. Finding mould throughout a family vehicle that I purchased for use with my young baby was genuinely upsetting and completely unacceptable.

What has made the situation even worse is the complete lack of proper resolution despite the amount of evidence gathered and the amount of time this has dragged on for. I have spent nearly a year paying finance on a vehicle I have barely been able to properly use or trust.

The aftersales experience has been exhausting. Constant chasing, repeated visits, ongoing faults and months of dispute have completely destroyed any confidence I had in this dealership.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from here to think very carefully, carry out extremely thorough inspections and not assume that buying from a dealership automatically guarantees quality or support if serious problems arise afterwards.

Based on my experience, I would never purchase from this dealership again.

Recently purchased an Abarth 595 from deal drive. Ali was very pleasant to deal with. I’d arranged finance through a third party, Ali offered to get me a better interest rate but I was already locked in with the finance company. The vehicle was the best priced lowest mileage car I could find in the make and model I was looking for. I had some issues with another dealership prior to this purchase. I paid a holding deposit and Ali kept the car for me for nearly 2 weeks while it all got sorted with the other dealership and communicated with me throughout the process. I asked that the vehicle was left so I could cold start it on arrival and they did. The car was exactly as he described when I first enquired which I was thankful for as it was a 3 hour drive to get there. He let me inspect the vehicle in private without loitering or pestering me and answered all of my questions. He was very honest and open about how he runs the business which was reassuring. The dealership had some high quality vehicles, there weren’t any bangers sat outside all mid-high end quality cars and from what I seen of their workshop it looked clean and well kept. Having worked in the motor industry before, I’m usually a little sceptical of independent dealerships but this business appears very well managed. The car I’ve bought is in top condition with no issues. Proper honest dealership and happy to help. This guy is one of the good ones!! Very happy customer.

2022 reg Mini Cooper S booked in for rear brake pad replacement. Ali collected the car on time from our house. Ensured that the work was carried out and sent pictures to confirm this. Car returned promptly afterwards. Great service at a great price!!!

A commendable service was provided by Ali and his colleagues, who facilitated the acquisition of a Peugeot 2008 under excellent conditions. I would highly recommend them for my next vehicle purchase.

Fantastic company had a lot of issues with previous dealerships due to lack of communication and broken promises but deal drive motors couldn’t be any different, first time going lad who showed us round was really helpful and informative, once we found the car we wanted Ali was great, good communication and really helpful, they sorted couple advisory’s from mot quickly and made sure the car was in perfect condition with a fast turn around. Ali answered all our questions we had clearly and gave us a lot of information, even assisted us tax car to make it quicker and offered to help us change number plate as we haven’t done the process before. Couldn’t speak more highly of this dealership and the staff that work there, very happy with our Mercedes and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle

I bought a volvo xc60 se lux from Deal drive motors, from walking into the door to driving my exceptional car away my buying experience was second to none . I had a slight problem with it this morning, Ali assured me that he would have it looked at & sorted as soon as possible. I was expecting to wait 24 to 48 hours , which is reasonable but I was called back 6 hours later & asked to collect it when I'm ready . Ali's mechanic had diagnosed a broken auxiliary belt and replaced it, which left my car feeling as good as new . It is an absolutely refreshing change to be able to walk into a top quality car dealership & be listened to & my problem dealt with the same day . Ali, you are a true gentleman and I would like to once again thank you

this is a really bad car dealership, believe it or not i found out the hard way after buying a car from themselves. the cars they are selling are crash damaged finance cars which are unrecorded damages which gets cowboy botched up, beware of buying from them and if you are i consider have a really good look into the car even going as far to pay a mechanic to do a check over for your piece of mind
